+ -1 moreAndy was very responsive to my calls and was very easy to schedule with. The condo looked really clean to me--especially the wood floors, The stains in the kitchen sink were gone, and it was clear that the cleaners moved things of the floor to clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well. The stacks of paper were straightened up, and as I requested, the cleaners were careful not to throw away anything that wasn't in trash cans. My finances have changed otherwise I would continue to ask them to clean every 4 weeks.
Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of a 1400 sq. ft condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Three cats (two of which are long haired) and one adult live here. Four cleaners worked for an hour.

+ -1 moreAt first it was ok. The second week, the crew was almost an hour late. The fourth time, someone knocked over an antique torchiere lamp and broke the glass shade. They apologized, and Andy's wife said they would pay for a replacement. They threw away the broken glass chunks but left specks of glass on the chair and floor. Had I not caught this before they finished, they would have left slivers of glass all over the living room. I called Andy a few days later to discuss the matter. He was rude, yelled at me when I canceled our service and when I said we'd bill him for a replacement, he lost it. After a replacement was found, Andy did not return phone calls for over a week, until we threatened to sue him in small claims court. He still refuses to pay for the replacement shade ($175+ shipping) and screams at both me and my husband over the phone. He is completely irrational and extremely rude. Our next steps are to file with the BBB and go to court.
Description of Work: Andy's cleaning service was employed by the people we bought our house from, so we kept them for a few weeks. They cleaned our house about 4 times, once a week. Each time we paid $100 plus $20 for tip. It took 4 people 2 hours to clean our house each time. Each week the crew cleaned the first floor and then alternated between the second and third floors. The crew was supervised either by Andy's wife or his sister each time they came to our house.

Description of Work: FIRST DAY WAS GOOD AND CLEAN. THE SECOND TIME AROUND THEY CAME TO CLEAN THE HOUSE IT WASN'T THAT GOOD. I WILL NOT BE THROWING MY MONEY OUT THE WINDOW AGAIN. DON'T JUST WIN ME OVER THE 1ST TIME AND AFTERWARDS DO A LESS OF A QUALITY.

+ -1 moreANDY WAS VERY PROMPT WITH HIS CREW FOR ALL SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS (6). THE CREW DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF CLEANING THE FIRST TWO TIMES, FOLLOWED BY MEDIOCRE WORK THE LAST FOUR. SPECIFICALLY, THEY PRIMARILY CLEANED THE HIGH TRAFFIC AREAS OF THE FLOORS, COUNTERS, AND BATHROOMS, LEAVING THE REST OF THE SPACES UNCLEANED.
