Great job was on time and windshield is quiter than before

I called Allstar Auto Glass and was quickly given a quote for the windshield. It was a little higher than other quotes, but since they were the highest rated provider on Angie's List, I decided to proceed. They applied the on-line $25 coupon and scheduled the replacement at my home. Since it was below zero, the service tech was able to work inside our garage. About an hour later, the windshield was installed and payment processed. A few weeks later, I realized that my windshield fluid dispenser wasn't working. I thought it was due to the extreme cold, but the line wasn't frozen. Unable to resolve the problem, I scheduled an appointment with our local repair shop. (I thought maybe I needed a new fluid pump.) I mentioned that I'd had a new windshield installed, which helped them identify the problem: the windshield fluid line was improperly routed under the windshield cowl. Since I had to pay for the"repair," I contacted Allstar for reimbursement. Allstar suggested that I should have contacted them for the repair, but since I didn't know it was the fluid line, I didn't think to contact them. Kevin understood the problem and offered to send me a Jewel gift card for my trouble. Since the amount of the gift card was greater than my repair bill, I happily agreed! I would recommend Allstar Auto Glass to anyone needing their services. Mistakes happen, but the quality of their installation and problem resolution means I am nominating them for Pages of Happiness!

Allstar Auto Glass was prompt and efficient in scheduling the on-site repair and notifying me when the technician was there. Ron, the technician, was excellent, really knew his stuff and was efficient, pleasant, and informative as he repaired the windshield. The repair was done superbly, expert job!
