+ -1 moreWe had a new hot water heater installed but, it turns out, they did not install it to code. When I called to ask them to bring everything up to code, I was told, "You wanted a water heater installed, we installed a water heater. We don't install to code". I asked him to return because I want it brought up to code. We scheduled an appt. He later cancelled and now won't return our calls.
Description of Work: Old water heater was leaking. Needed a new one.

+ -1 moreWe are now 3 years later, and the air conditioner doesn't work. Parts are still under warranty, labor is not. A different technician diagnosed the problem, we called Air-Flow to have them come fix it, and he rudely suggested that we transfer the warranty to another provider and promptly hung up on my wife. We did indeed transfer the warranty and will never, ever, work with this provider again.
Description of Work: This provider came out for a furnace service call in 2010, convinced us to get a new air conditioner at the same time, and so we did.
