+ -1 moreWORKMAN ARRIVED ON TIME, SURVEYED AREA IN WHICH THE WORK WAS TO BE DONE, AND GOT TO WORK PROMPTLY. HE WAS CONSCIENTIOUS OF AESTHETIC CONCERNS, AND PERFORMED THE JOB WELL. TOOK CARE NOT TO DAMAGE SURROUNDING AREAS AND LEFT THE AREA CLEAN AND TIDY. WORKMAN DID NOT HAVE A LADDER AND ASKED TO USE MINE. FINALLY, I WAS CONCERNED THAT THE WORKMAN PLACED HIS TOOLS ON TOP OF MY NEW WASHER, BUT THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. WOULD HAVE PREFERRED THAT HE PLACE THEM ON THE FLOOR OR COVER THE BRAND NEW WASHER AND DRYER WHEN WORKING NEAR THEM.
Description of Work: INSTALLED APPROXIMATELY 20 FT DUCTWORK FOR DRYER IN LAUNDRY ROOM, AND ATTACHED TO DRYER AND EXISTING DUCTWORK. ROUTER DUCTWORK AROUND EXISTING DUCTWORK, PIPES, AND CABLE BUNDLES.

+ -1 moreTHE OWNER CAME OUT AND MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO OUR LIKING. WE ADDED SPECIAL FEATURES FOR OUR DAUGHTER WHO HAS ASTHMA. HE DIDN'T TRY TO OVERSELL US BUT WAS HONEST. WE HAVE USED HIM IN THE PAST. WE WILL USE HIM AGAIN. WHEN THE INSPECTOR CAME OUT HE SAID IT WAS A BEAUTIFUL JOB, HE SEEMED VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE WORK.
