Badly.
Description of Work: We have had ADT in excess of 8 years. In that time period the police should have been sent to our home many times based on the sales pitch. We never had a police response. Now we have moved to Austin TX so we are canceling the service. First I had to sit through a sales pitch to buy a new system at our new home. Then I was told the only way to cancel service is via a letter to them. They will not cancel the service for 30 days after they receive the letter. Such a hassle. If I purchase a security service in the future it certainly will not be from ADT.

Their act could work a lot better. It's in and out all the time. It's expensive for what you got. They were very nice.
Description of Work: I'm using them to monitor the alarm.
