Description of Work: Called on Wed. @ 9:30 am. Left message w/automated answering machine. No call back all day. Called Thur. morning, talked to him, said he would be over 9:00 Sat. 9:00 came and went, called him at 9:45 again got answering machine. Left message, no call back all day. Called again @5:00pm., left message, never heard from him.

 + 0 moreOnce Steve arrived, he immediately pulled out the refrigerator, took out the above cabinet and got started measuring and cutting. Then, he reinstalled the cabinet, made sure the refrigerator fit and slid it back in. No mess, no muss, no fuss. The whole job took about an hour and some change. My mother is very happy!
Description of Work: I had ordered a new refrigerator for my mother's condominium. Unfortunately, I did not measure twice and the refrigerator was about 1/8 of an inch too high. Steve came by and looked at the job over the weekend, and decided that he could take down the cabinet above the refrigerator, cut it out a little, and make the refrigerator fit back against the wall to cabinet depth. He showed up on time, as usual, called when he was on his way, and arrived on time. He brought all the tools necessary, performed the work professionally, and even petted my dog (who is friendly, but is very enthusiastic!).

Description of Work: I called Steven after my Mother detected a leak in her hot water system in her kitchen sink. He responded immediately, and discovered, unfortunately, that the storage tank failed. He then removed the storage tank and repaired the hit water line which was directly connected to the water supply. He then ordered a replacement tank and will install it as soon as my Mother's schedule permits. My Mother is 86 years old, and could not really deal with the leak. I couldn't either. Steven arrived, was very polite, professional, and meticulous in identifying the problem, and solving the situation! I would highly recommend Steven for any type of Handyman work that needs to be done! He has multiple skills and is very customer service oriented. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He handled the situation immediately and was very attentive to my Mother's concerns. He is also very nice!
