+ -1 moreWhen the owner came to estimate the job he was very nice and stated he could not only paint our siding but also have a carpenter come out to fix the broken boards. We decided to go with him because he could offer the total package of paint and repairs. The siding guy he sent to our home estimated 40 boards needed repair and took $1000 to start the job. He never came back and simply took our money!!! The owner of Precision Paint sent another carpenter out to repair the siding but he only estimated 30 boards needed to be replace for the same price as the first carpenter who priced out 10 additional boards!!! When he finished he only used 15 boards but still charged the full amount. Precision Paint was happy to take those remaining boards I paid for with no compensation. Not once did the owner of Precision Paint offer to work with us after his carpenter stole $1000 and simply said we never had to use his guy. When we decided he would not recive the full price of the estimate so he took our shutters and never came back. Even after we offered to pay him more to just finish the job. Needless to say his customer service was horrible and he was never sympathetic to our situation which he caused. I would never reccomend him to anyone or use him again even if he did nice work.
Description of Work: Provided repairs and painted cedar siding.
