Joliet Water Reconditioning

It went very well! John who came out to evaluate the whole situation was very professional and extremely helpful. He was the same person who installed the new softener and all went very well. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and polite. He went over everything with us after installing the unit and made sure the salt was put in so we didn't have to deal with those heavy bags. It is a much more energy efficient unit and easier to set/program. Time will tell how much we like this new unit. Right now, (it's only been a week so far :-) ) we are thrilled to have our soft water back!! We were also told it may take up to 4 hot showers to notice the difference, but we noticed the difference right away. So far, great!!! They were recommended to us by someone we trust. We now would recommend this company for any water reconditioning needs. We also found out through this experience, they do "salt " delivery!! Another added PLUS!

System installed easily. It took the afternoon, but area where new system looked better. Haven't tested system yet as he told us it would take about 4 hot showers to get the soft water to replace all the water in the hot water heater.

The owner (Steve) inspected my 17 year old water softener. I had determined that it was not operating as it should and expected to have it replaced. Steve checked my water hardness and iron and made some adjustments to the controller. He suggested that I use Iron Out in the salt tank to get rid of the iron buildup on the beads. The bottom line is that the old water softener is working like new. I am on a well and am concerned about contaminents in the water. I have used reverse osmosis systems that had been purchased from "Big Box" stores and was totaly unsatisfied with the volume of the water that came out of the faucet. It was always running out of water and was only able to store about a 1/2 gallon. Steve said that he had a system that had a volume of 25 gallons a day. That is way above what I needed but it is better to have more capacity than you need than to have less than you need. The installation went flawlessly and I am happy to report that the volume from the faucet is outstanding and am totally satisfied with the installation and the quality of the Reverse Osmosis unit. I highly recommend Joliet Water Reconditioning with no reservations. You get what you pay for.
