After my husband developed some significant allergy symptoms that were not resolving, we decided we wanted to conduct some mold air quality tests. Our Insurance Agent recommended we contact Great Environmental to discuss whether or not mold air quality tests were appropriate. From our first contact, John Gezik was everything a homeowner could hope for in this situation. He was responsive and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. He was professional, thorough, and a great listener. He explained what the tests would measure and their cost. The tests were conducted on the third work day after our first contact with him. He showed up on time and immediately set to work. He was friendly and efficient, explaining everything he was doing as he went along. He honored his commitment to get us our results quickly. John called with the test results after his work day as soon as they were available and then emailed the written results the following day. The whole process from test to results was completed in 5 days. We were extremely pleased with the entire process. John sensed how stressed we were and assured us he would be with us each step of the way. We are thankful for the peace of mind that his testing provided. We’d recommend John and Great Environmental to anyone needing this service and we’d certainly hire his company again if necessary.

John responded to my email regarding our tiles and mold and came out to assess our situation very quickly. He was prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. He suggested a few different ways to fix our problems which I appreciated. I called back with additional questions and concerns and he patiently answered all of them. We plan on calling him back when we are farther along with our project.

Of all the contractors I talked to, Great Environmental was the best by far. Very professional throughout the entire process. John explained everything that needed to be done on the front end, and I had no “surprises”. They did what they said they would do, and everything looked great upon completion.
