When I first got a quote I felt everything was fine. I even agreed to get the work done. He said in about 2 weeks. Communication was good in the beginning. After two weeks I hadn’t heard anything. I tired text email and calling and nothing. We used my mom’s phone to call which he picked up. The conversation was so odd. He claimed he had no idea who I was and that he never worked with me. Even though I said the text I sent was marked as “read.” After that phone call I immediately called Angie to report the problem and wanted out of the contract. Angie helped me and referred me to other fence contractors immediately. The next morning he texted me saying he can do the job this week. Absolutely not. All that trouble and still want my money and business? No. I told him I’m no longer interested in working with him and he said okay. I’m writing this review today because today I am getting a new fence in… finally. Not sure if he had other things going on personally or business wise. But I am currently getting several big things done to my house and this was the only hiccup I had. Just be careful if you are dealing with this company

Robert, the owner, is the sweetest and so knowledgeable! He explained the whole process and gave me so many options. Sloan was so responsive with all my questions! The crew did an amazing job! Cesar and his team were so kind. They were tidy and meticulous! My yard is very large and they worked until night with headlamps! Their dedication to great service is unmatched! I will be forever grateful for their patience as changes were made along the way! I highly recommend the Everlast team. My yard looks amazing and I couldn’t be happier!!! 10/10 this is the company to use for all your fencing needs! Look no further! They are top notch!

VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. MARK ALSO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND TOOK TIME TO HELP ADJUST GATE SO IT CLOSES ON ITS OWN AND EXPLAIN HOW HIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT SATISFACTION FOR THE CUSTOMER WHERE AS OTHERS SOMETIMES FAIL. If you’re considering using Everlast Fence, DO IT! 10/10 would highly recommend. Top notch customer service all around and competitive pricing. They were extremely responsive and worked well with us when it came to questions and requests we had. Very experienced and informative and the installation team was efficient and professional. One of their team members even took it upon themselves to repair a latch on our existing part of the fence, without us asking. That is how customer obsessed they are. I’ll never use another fencing company. We already have plans to have them replace the existing part of our fence (that was installed with another company years ago) next spring. Amazing experience with Everlast!

Everything went very well. We had to wait two months for the fencing to come in because of delays caused by the pandemic. However, Everest installed the fence the day after the material was received. It was a two day job. Workers were exceptionally considerate and professional. They also rebuilt part of my garden wall in order to install a portion of fencing that was difficult to reach -- I love their work! Sloan managed the project from start to finish. She was prompt, professional and responsive. I highly recommend this company.
