"Brian LaValle is a God Send!! Bought my home for under 20k and Brian has done everything from the basement to the roof!!! Drive by and Look at It. 705 Lundy St Streator. It sat for 5 1/2 years after a destructive foreclosure. There was no bathroom! Everyone Loves my bathroom now. The house looks Modern and heâ  s SO professional and comfortable and has been working on my home for well over a year so we pitched him keys to the house. I slept in the other day while him and his crew, always making sure my cats donâ  t get out, installed my laundry room floor. Never thought something like that could happen! Grade A work! Im So Proud of my house! This guy Checks My House to assure itâ  s sound and safe! The addition was attached to the original house. My roof was stressed and leaking. He â  tiedâ  (their lingo) the 2 lil houses together. Now Iâ  m saving up for him to do the roof. I flipped and remodeled 4 homes of my own when I was younger. This guy is the best. I humbly admit. "The company installed the windows several years ago and we really like the quality of the windows and the installers. Respectful of property. The only issue we had recently was one of the inside security tabs broke. They sent someone within a week. Very nice person. I was caught in traffic and he waited 10 minutes for me to get home. He replaced the security tab in under 30 seconds. Asked if we were happy with the windows, told him we were. They don't give the energy savings they claim, but the house stays a more comfortable temperature and the outside noises were diminished dramatically."

"Well , I would give it a zero star if I could. We scheduled an appointment after we spoke with one of the representatives at our local fall festival. He seemed great and we are in the market for replacing our windows and siding. We scheduled the appointment for Saturday at one PM. They called on Friday and verified the appointment for the following day. One o'clock came and went and at one thirty I called the business and was transferred to an answering service. The third party answering service was great and she took down our name and information verified our contact number, email, and address and said they would forward it onto the company and someone would be in touch. Two days later and no contact. The company was a no call no show for the appointment that they had verified the day before! Zero professionalism, respect, or regard for potential clients with a decent sized job! Grateful we dodged that nightmare before it started!"
