+ -1 moreI called this allegedly 24/7 repair company on Saturday between 4 pm and 6:30 pm and left a voice mail with my name, phone number, and explained that my notebook computer was not working and that it was more serious than just the monitor not working. I called again on Sunday early afternoon expressing my disappointment at not getting a call back from them, and I again left my name, phone number and explained that I wanted to set up an appointment with them for Monday. It is now noon on Monday, and I still have not heard from them.
