+ -1 moreThey are really reasonably priced. I don't know if they are getting everything when they do the spreading. It was done really fast. They are responsive and will come back out. I just wish that when they are here, they would go a little slower with the application and a little more care.

+ -1 moreDo not use this company if you want your lawn looking good. It takes them 4 weeks to come out and and spray your lawn for weeds. I called them and they said they would be right out. After waiting 2 weeks I called again and the manager said I am sorry but I did not have any one in the area. Their customer service is horrible. My lawn looked good before my vacation but when I came back it had weeds.

Description of Work: They set me up with a contracted amt of $152 for the year (5x out: Early Spring, Late Spring, Summer, Late Summer, Fall with free service calls). Love the service for weed control and fertilizer, BUT I believe that my dog is allergic to the product they use on our lawn. Starts chewing his paws after he walks on it. Shame, I really like the company and the way my lawn looks.

+ 0 moreI bought a package from them so they will fertilize five times. They have fertilized twice already, just this year now. They just aerated last week. Pricing for the aeration was separate and the fertilizing was a five time thing where you paid it all at once. I think it was $139 for the fertilization and $59 for the aeration. It is a pretty good sized yard, about 5,000 square feet. It was easy to schedule the service. Whenever they were ready to do it they just called me and told me the time they were coming and I said fine. Everything was fine and I had no negatives.
Description of Work: I just used Naturescape to do an aeration for me and they have been doing some fertilizing for me.

+ 0 moreI didn't have much interaction with them. I saw the service person apply it twice, two times out of the five times that they did the application. It was just a standard application of a weed killer. I contracted it online, I paid online and I didn't talk to the person that did the application. It was basically myself and the machine. Their price was reasonable.

+ -1 morevery professional company. they call to let you know what day they're coming out to do treatment and then leave an invoice with details in mailbox. excellent value to pay for seasonal bundle of services and aerating. our lawn is in great shape. minor complaint in responsiveness and punctuality is they were late this spring to do aerating (we had to call and ask about delay), although we understood because the weather was super rainy.
