Happy Sky Cleaning

Happy Sky Cleaning is a great cleaning service. I have been using them for about a year now. I requested service every 2 weeks. They always come on time. The Cleaning ladies are pleasant, precise and very professional. I recommended Happy Sky Cleaning to 3 of my friends and they are super happy with their service as well. I highly recommend them.

Yana was amazing. She was very professional and returned my call within minutes. She was also able to dispatch one of the ladies within 24 hours! Svitlana arrived at the top of the projected window and did an amazing job cleaning our home. Thank you all!

This is the best cleaning service in chicago. Yana, the person in charge makes sure we are always satisfied with the service. I have them cleaning not only my house, but also my mother in laws and other family members. I highly recommend them!

BEWARE!! They are not an integral company!! They were doing a great job of cleaning my home but the challenge I kept having was that they would keep sending new people into my home after I asked them to send the same person since I was on bi-weekly schedule. The sent another new lady after I asked them not to and it happened!! They sent a cleaning lady who obviously didn't know how to clean. She was cleaning my bathroom and somehow shattered the entire shower door glass……. They told me they were going to take care of it but they have been unresponsive and will not respond after asking me to send over emails of pictures which I sent 3times. I am sooo disappointed because I thought I finally found a great cleaning company….. i was referring business but wont be doing that anymore. Dont use this services…….

The ladies did a nice job on the appliances in the kitchen but it appeared they did not touch the floors or cabinets which needed some deep scrubbing. They looked exactly the same upon completion as they did upon their arrival. The company took no responsibility for not providing what was promised. They offered me a $10 discount for a future service. Now, WHY would I call a company back that does not keep their promises or correct their failures?

I inherited a filthy, smelly condo and thought there was no hope getting it clean. The same day services provided by Happy Sky Cleaning left me with a squeaky clean, fresh smelling unit. They really did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Disapointing on every level. I called 3 times before hiring to make sure the company could provide the service I needed. We had an indoor brick wall repaired and everything was dusty. When the ladies arrived, they informed me that they do post construction cleaning only in empty houses (mine is furnished), they don't dust beams or move items from shelves to dust them. The light housekeeping they provided did not include dusting door frames, some picture frames, baseboards, blinds, or some pieces of furniture (i.e. wood dining chairs) and was very average light housekeeping. The women who were here informed me that they provide their own supplies, and those they brought with them were inadequate. I followed up with the company with both email and phone call and did not receive a response. In sum, they mis-represented their service, did not provide what they were hired to do, and showed total disregard for customer satisfaction. I would suggest Angi may not want to associate their name with Happy Sky Cleaning.

Excellent as always. Yana’s crews of two are always on time, do a very thorough cleaning of every room, including bathrooms and full basement in the time prescribed. You let them know what you want done and they follow your requests perfectly. I highly recommend them.

Great job! The cleaning person was very thorough and left the space spotless. I would highly recommend Happy Sky cleaning for either moving out/in to your home. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Absolutely poor and rude customer service. On many occasions we were told with confirmations that a cleaning person would come and they never showed up or were told at the last minute they could not come and the excuses given were laughable and not truthful. In addition, their employees steal with proof of before and after pictures. In fact, one of the employees offered to replace the stolen item when confronted. Poor quality cleaning,unable to communicate well with cleaning persons due to language barrier. Some of the cleaning people several times, broke items and tried to hide it. Cleaning people are not careful with furniture and damage has occurred. Cleaning people also report longer time working than they actually worked. This company is a nightmare to deal with along with their employees. The quality of their cleaning is very poor as well. They do not follow your directions. Would not recommend this company. Everything stated is documented with pictures and text messages from company.

Happy Sky did an excellent job on my place. It was DIRTY. I had not done a deep clean in years and also there was a lot of clutter. Now my place looks and smells amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this service. I am so happy with it.

They did a fantastic job! They were professional, on time and completed a tough job. The job was to clean a house that hadn’t been cleaned in years with years of smoking. The house was cleaned top to bottom and smells great and looks great. They were accommodating to our needs. I highly recommend them. We are very glad with the results.

It went great! I work from home and she cleaned while I worked. She knew exactly what to do and where to start. I don’t mind questions while working but she didn’t need to ask any questions. It’s as if she lived here! And all under 4 hours! Something that would have taken me 3 days! Definitely recommended!

I was in dire need of a deep home cleaning for a very large home in preparation for my home being listed on the MLS. We had interested parties scheduled for the next day to tour our home. I reached out to Sky Cleaning at 5pm, and they were able to get a crew of 2 cleaners here the next morning at 7am! They did not disappoint! I will hire Sky Cleaning on a regular basis for cleaning services in my new home. The prices are reasonable and the cleaning is extremely thorough. The company provides constant updates via text in the day of and during the cleaning. Payment is accepted electronically on the spot, and if the crew needs to stay longer or there is an additional charge, the company will always text you first for approval.

Aurora performed our cleaning service and she was amazing. She came in and got right to work. She took her time and made sure everything was cleaned immaculately. She left our home smelling and looking amazing! We decided to move forward with the recurring service.

It started out bad when I called her out on why it took an hour to vacuum the basement and everything else was already clean by me. The bathroom shower doors were cleaner before she got there, than when she left They had an oily film on the doors. And she claimed it was steam. I said that’s impossible. The upstairs kitchen floor was sticky and oily. Under the kitchen sink was not clean. Kitchen cabinets were not wiped inside or out. The front of the refrigerator door was not wiped. The master bathroom countertop was not clean. The washer was not cleaned lights and ceiling fan were not cleaned. Very argumentative and I asked her not to raise her voice to me. I would never recommend Lori to anybody. We paid her for her time there which was $220. But my girlfriend spent an additional hour doing what she did not do. Very disappointing. The old saying goes if you want something done right do it yourself. We should’ve applied it.

We had hired this company for a move in prior to a home we bought. The house had brand new carpeting and paint, and was completely unfurnished. We received a quote for four hours, three cleaners. On the day of service one of the women was late. Three of the four hours was spent cleaning the upstairs. Which had no furniture and brand new carpeting. However when we looked upstairs all of the windows and corners had cobwebs and spiders and the mirrors were left streaked. A woman who never identified her relationship to the company reached out to say they would need to stay longer to complete the job, and we would be charged more. We spoke with her regarding how they had been spending their time and she agreed to “discount” some of the extra time. The women spilled dirty liquid all over the brand new carpet in the basement which we had to pay to have cleaned. Additionally, the fridge which we had asked to have cleaned was not touched and after they left we discovered dead bugs and flies in the freezer still. Definitely not cleaned. After hiring a “professional” cleaning service For hundreds of dollars, I feel as though I should not have to wipe cobwebs and dead bugs off of areas we were told were cleaned. It got to the point where we had to double check everything the had done, which as a professional company in an empty home, I feel we shouldn’t have ever had to do. We had reached out to the woman who had contacted us multiple times and asked to speak to the owner to discuss dissatisfaction. On that day we were told the owner was sick. Every time we asked after we were told we couldn’t speak with him. We wanted to speak with him prior to paying them to express what had transpired at our house, but instead all we recurved were harassing texts calls and emails from the unidentified woman demanding we pay. Overall, aside from being dissatisfied with the actual cleaning it was even more disappointing their disregard for customer service and appalling handling of clients. Additionally, one of the cleaning women actually stole our brand new Dyson vacuum from our house. As we were moving boxes in we didn’t even notice it was missing. It took us over a week to get ahold of the company and try to get the vacuum back( which we did thankfully) , but still.
