After blindly emailing the website about my project based on positive online reviews, Stanley called back less than 24 hours later to schedule an in-person estimate the next day. The kitchen project (new quartz countertops, new sink, new backsplash) was completed quickly, efficiently and flawlessly. The counter craftsman, Robert, went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed. He tracked down a remnant piece of my material so that I wouldn't have as many seams. Peter, the tile craftsman, was like a herringbone surgeon. His cuts were so precise--on teeny pieces--that that visual impact of the project exceeded what my expectations were, and I enjoyed having him in the house for the duration of the work. Budget-wise, the amount I was quoted was *extremely* fair in comparison with other estimates, and I feel the value of the work was more than worth every cent. Everyone I dealt with at Global texted back immediately, showed up when they said they would, followed through with what we discussed. These folks take pride in their work and their reputation, which is well earned. I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. A+ experience.

Stanley and crew are fantastic! They are honest, hard-working and do excellent work. I will absolutely hire them for all future projects.

They arrive promptly as promised. They are polite and respectful. I made some last minute changes and they did all they could to accommodate me. We are about 80% complete and I'm very excited and happy about the look. We changed location of the plumbing and went from single to double vanity. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail.

Work went ok. One day the guy didn't show up so I called and they told me he'd be back later that day or tomorrow. It took a week to finish the shower which I thought was a long time. A few months later some of the grout came off. I repaired the spots as they came off but maybe I should've called them back out to fix it because it turned out to be several areas after a few months. The reason for the F for professionalism is because when I paid Stanley the owner, the final payment, he included a $150 fee for deposit to do our master shower, which we spoke about briefly. I figured to lock the price in, it was an Angies List special, the deposit was ok. There was NO mention by Stanley of the master shower needing to be done in any time limit at all. I wasn't planning to do the master shower for at least 6-12 months or more. We tried to use Global for another project and use the deposit money for it, but his price was a lot higher than another Angie's List contractor and Stanley stated he was "very busy", so I'm not sure he wanted the job. Periodically I would text Stanley to make sure he still had my deposit. He would say "yes". The last time I texted him he said "yes if you do the master bathroom". I told him we aren't going to do the bathroom and please send my deposit back. He said its been too long to send the $150 back and that was only if I told him before 6 months. I told him he never mentioned this when he included the deposit in our bill. Again, he included the deposit in the bill, I didn't ask him to take a deposit for the master. I wasn't thinking of it at all. And he never said I had to use it before six months or loose it, because I would have told him no and we weren't going to do the master shower in less than 6 months. So now Stanley is refusing to send my money back. $150. I would not recommend using Global Home Improvement for anything and I don't think this is an honest business practice.

From the estimation to final payment I couldn't have been more happy with the process. Stan was always prompt and Peter who did the tile was a pure perfectionist-he also made sure I was pleased w/ the work done plus Stan came out to ensure it was to my exceptions-will definitely use them again-I would recommend them to family & friends. As we all know time was always a big factor for our family which when we discussed with Stanley, we had a postive vibe that he can get the work done in the given time. Though the time exceeded by two weeks, I wouldn't say that it was Stanley's fault as the cabinets we received from Menards had a defect in it. The quote given by Stanley was very reasonable and he also suggests in case spending that much money is worth it or not. The best part about his team is that they listen and get the work done FAAAST. Their workmanship is good as well. Along with the actual project, he also helped us with some of our other projects that we had lying around. Everything went very well once it was started. The crew was very helpful and provided us with continuing information on progress left the remolded area and surrounding rooms very clean and organized.

They were very good. They really stood out the fact that they were so punctual and they were here every morning at 8:00 a.m. and they worked straight through and they really took a lunch. I was really impressed with the quality of their work and how thorough they are.

The owner Stanley is very knowledgeable but isnt on site often and his workers are not as skilled as they should or could be. I am still having issues with tile and flooring. They could work on the project manger being around more overseeing the work being done.

These guys are busy so you might have to wait for them to be available. Once they arrive they are neat, respectful, and efficient. They work hard and try to stay out of your way. Very pleased with the results; the lights look fabulous.

That didn't go so well. They didn't do a good job. They had to come back out. They actually came back out today to fix some stuff. Overall, I'm not totally happy with that purchase. I wouldn't use them again. The guy did his best to try to remedy the situation but his subcontractors didn't seem experienced. I don't think they really knew what they were doing. I'm not totally happy with the quality of work. They could have showed up on time and be more professional. They could have used better tools that would have made the job better.

Great! I cant wait to get my kitchen done. It may have taken a little longer than some of the other estimates. But the savings or 25-30% and the final outcome are well worth a little extra time.

This was a complete gut and remodel of a bathroom. It was slow going at first, as Stanley was ready to start sooner than expected, but I had not yet purchased everything for the remodel, and needed measurements for wall and floor tile. Some of the items purchased cost more than the allowed amount in the contract, and the allowed amount was deducted from the final cost of the remodel as stated in the contract. And some items were on back order which delayed the start again, but Stanley worked with me. When the work did start it was done by Dan who did a fantastic job. The bathroom is small, and the house is old, and there were some issues with the not so straight walls and floor, but none of that phased him. He is a perfectionist and took such care in his work making sure everything was perfect. I had concerns about the glass wall tiles, which I was told chips easily, but he did not lose one piece in the cutting. The work and clean up were done to my satisfaction, and the finished product is absolutely beautiful. I would definitely use this service again.

Looks great. Took longer than they said. Very friendly workers. Mirek is great guy. Knows what he is doing. Stanley always calls back and checks on work. We are now planning out our kitchen with Stanley. Can't wait!

It looks great! My favorite room in the house. As usual in construction took a little longer than I would like. It ended up perfect. Stanley is great at responding and checking in on work. He gets estimate to you fast and us at least 30% lower than anyone else. Mierek is very knowledgable and a great worker. They will be doing my kitchen next.

We were refinishing our basement and I got a number of quotes from various contractors. Global improvement came through with one of the best prices and they were also the most responsive so I decided to go with them for my project. Their prices are very reasonable and it was the busiest time of year so it took about 6 weeks for them to get me worked into their schedule but it was worth the wait. The guys that worked on my project were all very conscientious responsive and did really good work. They always came to me with questions to make sure that everything was done the way I wanted it and my project turned out great. I'm very happy with the result and I recommend global improvement for any interior home project.

This is the 3rd major job that we've hired Stanley and Global Home Improvement for and we went straight to him when we decided to do the job. We did this rather than accepting other bids, because he has consistently delivered a high quality of work and always on time. This was no exception. The house looks beautiful; Stanley himself was usually available for calls and the work was done on time. Painters moved the furniture to and back and tried to minimize the chaos, which I appreciated, as we had a toddler in house. Everything was done in a 4 bedroom house, including the woodwork, in about 3 weeks. Workers did a few weekend days in order to get everything done on time. During the last few days of touch up, Stanley came out to personally inspect the work and make sure it was up to standard. Very pleased.

We feel it went very well. Very professional and friendly. They work hard and pay attention to details. Good communication. They were here when they said they would be, and asked on any details they were unsure at Very pleased with result.

Everything went well. Cabinets were sanded, primed, painted (2-3 coats) and sealed. It took 7 days but the wait was worth it. The kitchen looks like new. Stanley is customer focused and highly professional. All phone calls were returned promptly and Stanley was most attentive to our needs.

The cost was very fair and he stuck to what he estimated. Everything came out perfect. There was no increase in price. Anytime that I asked them to do something, they got right on it. They also provided me with options continuously throughout the project. At the end they hauled all of the debris away. I recommend them very highly. They are very friendly as well, and very attentive.

Stan is an excellent contractor. He is very easy to work with. Response to inquiries & concerns e? job with our bathroom.

Went beautifully, took a little extra time but extremely happy with the results. The price is always reasonable with this company and very knowledgeable employees.
