I had Da Vinci Plumbing come out to rod my basement. My basement flooded on Tuesday. I spent six hours removing the water in the basement. I called and left a message. They called in the morning to follow up after I made me inquiry. Mike, the owner, did email me to try to reschedule, as they had a couple of guys out sick. I explained that my basement had flooded again today and I really could not wait. He said he would see what he could do. He called me back 10 minutes later and said he would be there within the hour. The job only took one hour and the price was very fair. I had asked to have it scoped with the camera, but he said that it was probably not necessary, which saved me $100! It took about an hour and a half for the water to completely drain from the basement, but better than six hours with a shop vac! Mike's a very nice guy and did a great job. I really appreciate it.

Comment: Mike and team at Da Vinci Plumbing have been solid and very easy to work with. I have used Da Vinci Plumbing for a few things with my rental properties and one being an emergency due to flooding. Mike and team came out after hours without over charging me. I would recommend and I'm actually using Da Vinci Plumbing for a project I have in my home.

Mike, and his team are the best! No reason to shop around and get other plumbing quotes. These guys are professionally trained, and licensed. And very customer service orientated they will take care of you.

From the first time Mike came to our house to access the problem, we knew he would be the guy to repair our damaged water main line. It was a major project, where our wrought fence had to be cut, concrete had to be removed, and a good deal of landscaping had to be handled with care or destroyed. We had other estimates, but Mike was the only one who immediately tried to figure out how to save the landscape, minimize the damage to the fence and concrete removal. We fought hard to replace Mike with the insurance contractor, who was very slow to respond...and when he did respond, he told us that he would tear up everything, but we would need to figure out how to get it reassembled. Then on top of everything else this was an insurance job, which meant that Mike would need to deal with them. NO ONE wants to deal with insurance companies...But he did. This project was messy, muddy, and we now have a big lump of muddy dirt in front of our house (until the concrete is replaced). But we would hire him all over again if needed. He was timely, personable, gave us a fair price, took extreme care with our property, and did a perfectly executed QUALITY water main replacement job! As a plumber, he did not have to spend so much time with saving our landscaping, but we appreciated the effort that he AND his crew spent do that. We hope we won't ever need to go through this again. But if we do, we will definitely know who to call..Mike @DaVinci Plumbing, because he provides EXTRAORDINARY service, that is rare to find these days.

Very clear in what was needed and very quick with a proposal. Very personal and easy to deal with.

I have a 100 + home and had to lower the supply pipes for my new cabinet. The pipe in the wall was in a bad position and did I mention 100+ home, I could not remove it. Mike was able to get the job done quickly and for a fair price. I would call him next time I hit a road block with my plumbing projects.

We contacted Da Vinci Plumbing because of an abnormal water meter reading and needed to see if we were having a water main leak or other problem. They called back immediately and 2 days later were here to find the problem. Everything possible was checked, and thankfully it was a leak in a hose that was not turned off properly,. We were grateful for the quick response, an honest finding and also the good news. I will call them again in a heartbeat, without reservation. They were very nice to deal with.
