I had an appointment bu he had to cancel because of a death in the family. He asked that I call back in a few weeks to reschedule which I did and I never got a call back. In fact, I called and left messages several times.

no service, got my money back

I talked to them twice and they were never able to come out and do the work because they were not in my service area. I did not end up using the big deal.

The provider was responsive and friendly. He did fix the dishwasher. Unfortunately, the dishwasher did not stay "fixed." It turned out that there was a problem with the electrical connection, not with the dishwasher itself. We found this out months later after our garbage disposal also malfunctioned and the dishwasher was completely fried. It was probably no fault of this provider; my understanding is that the problem was difficult to diagnose. But that's why he's getting a few "Bs" instead of all "As."

The member talk to them and were suppose to get a follow up and did not. He did not call back on their scheduled time. Attached wrong piece to air conditioner as result air conditioner going out.Member called and offered to pay he rescheduled but did not call or come back it was a complete mess says member. Member was very unsatisfied with this company. Company was not responsive.

We used him to do general electrical work. It was the first time that we used them. They didn’t have some of the supplies that they needed on their truck and I found that to be not very professional.

I was very pleased with the experience.

He did the job fast. No complaints He picked up the phone and came out within 2 hours. NO one else even picked up their phones

Unfortunately I was unable to use the deal because the Service Provider would never contact me back to schedule the service.

It turned out fantastic. I did have to call him back once but he responded right away. There was a little bit of confusion of what was done. He was very prompt with the appointment.

Service provided but promised to return to complete the work and did not show. Called again to set up a time. Needed to make several calls and set up a time and again did not show.Probably consider competent but disappointed by the lack of communication and follow through.

This deal is being refunded to me. The service provider just couldn't do the work for me.

Called Adnaw electric on Monday, July 29th to set up an appointment for the "big deal", $99 for two hours of an electrician. He told me he would be able to install two light fixtures on Thursday, August 1st but he was working on his truck at the time and did not have access to his calendar but would call me back on Monday to confirm the date and time. Since he never called back, I called him on Wednesday to confirm and he said he would definitely be here the next day at 9:00. I waited for over an hour and he did not call or show up so I called and the call went to voice mail so I left a message. Waited another hour and still hadn't heard from him so I called the number listed on his web site and that number was disconnected. He never did show up or call! Would not recommend, very unprofessional.

I was unable to use the deal due to a lack or response or communication from the SP.

I had the gentleman install a light fixture, that went really well. Our expectations were done, the guy did a good job. I did give him a tip, he did go over the hour but he did not charge me for going over that.

The provider was very good, he told me ahead of time what to purchase and came in and installed it. He was very polite and professional, He was there when he said he would be. He gave me details about the unit I did not know before. I would use him again.

He completed the project so fast that he didn't charge for part.

He didn't show up for the appointment without any prior notice. I had to scramble to find someone else to performance the job. A few days later after the appointment I got an email from him saying that he or his family member was sick and that he wanted to reschedule the job. Since the job was already done by someone else I requested a refund from him. He said he would advise angieslist to refund. I haven't heard anything from him since. The last contact was 3 weeks ago.

Osvaldo replied quickly to my purchase by email, asking how he could complete the purchase. I called him to setup an appointment and he said Tuesday 9am. I took time off work and waited for him, no-show. I called again, he answered the phone and said he had it in his calendar as Thursday. I told him I could come back at 11am Thursday. I waited for him again, taking time off of work again, no show. I called and left messages twice, he didn't answer and didn't respond. I emailed twice, and he didn't respond. He's wasted my time twice. I'm looking for another provider and I want a refund. If you are looking at this, purchase a coupon or deal at your own peril. I would not consider him again. It's not hard to respond and reply when you can't keep appointments, or to communicate when you know you will miss appointments. Very frustrated.

no work was done the electrician never showed up or called. I tried to contact and left a message once and other time no answer. I went with another company through Angie's List who did the work for me.

He failed to set any kind of appointment up. He failed to respond to my emails and phone calls to set up an appointment.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine.

I used an Angie's coupon for service call. The original provider was sick so he send a colleague who did a great job. I was impressed that Adnaw honored the appointment and gave work to a friendly competitor

They showed up on time, courteous, professional, and efficient.
