The company came exactly when they said they would. Al, the technician was friendly, quick and easy to work with. I really appreciated their service and think they are a very honest company. They could have easily sold me a bunch of unnecessary repairs (what do I know about garage doors?) but they explained everything going on, made a few quick fixes and things are working great now.

The repairman was very helpful and showed me how to adjust my garage door if needed in the future. He was very professional and friendly.

Excellent knowledge and capability to handle older garage doors

Had a broken garage door spring. Called around to check cost of replacement. Garage Door Group was competitive - and could start almost immediately. On arrival, the technician explained what needed to be done and did the work in a satisfactory manner.

I thought that we would have to get the entire door replaced. The technician did a simple fix and assured us this was the most efficient and cost effective solution. I was SO happy!

There was no room in garage and technician was resourceful and did what it took through the obtacle course I provided him. He was prompt, got the job done in a short time he was also pleasant and I would contact them again if I ever had a problem again.

They were fast and friendly. They did exactly what they said they would do and were very professional.

Because my garage floor was not even, the door had to be adjusted and a wider strip was needed. Will took care of this and we were completely satisfied. We also received a great deal on the door.

Our garage door broke monday, they came over that night and took our measurements and replaced the garage door and its parts the very next morning. Everyone we spoke to was so nice, and they did a great job.

My experience with Garage Plus could not have been much better. The estimator was at my place on the day that I asked for a bid. Unfortunately, the installers didn't finish the other two installations scheduled for the day of our installation, so our installation got moved to the next work day. The foreman and the two installers were at our place early the next day and finished the job in less than two hours. The price was fair for the quality of the materials we wanted. The folks we worked with were all courteous and friendly.

Mr. Santiago kept all appointments. Was professional, straightforward and expalined all of the pros and cons. I very much appreciate the work completed by him and the installer as the installation was a bit unique due to the location my garage. Great followup! I would defintely forward his name to anyone needing service.
