Excellent company, not only did they give me great price and excellent service but showed me some problems with other windows I didnt even know about. Of course I will schedule the extra work at a later date but their perfessional and exceptional to work with.

Great job by the guys. They were great to work with and made sure not to damage anything and kept the house clean while doing their work. They showed up on time and even replaced a window with a broken seal that we originally were not aware that needed to be fixed and they did the extra one at no charge. We highly recomend them and will use them again!

We had a broken window. They came out the same day that I called, gave me a written estimate and I paid a deposit to order the replacement window. The returned roughly 2 weeks later with a replacement. They were punctual, efficient and very knowledgable. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

The work turned out very nice. It was just one person, he was a very good guy and worked hard. He was very courteous and he cleaned up more so then I would have if I was doing the work. It was real good. In the future, I'll have him replace a couple more doors for me. I compared prices and his was a very good price.

When I'm ready to have the sliding doors installed, I will definitely call this company. The gentleman was very punctual, explained the procedure on how the doors would be installed. Pointed out that one of the doors had been replaced already (I never noticed the difference).

We were pleased with their workmanship and materials. They were quite thorough in assessing our needs and explaining what they would to meet them. Their price was comparable to other companies (three estimates). While we needed to reschedule the installation twice due to issues on their part, we would use them again.

Mike arrived on time on the day he said he would. He removed the old door and installed the new one. His work is high quality! He's a Pro! Also, my Marvin window jams failed he came out and surveyed what replacement parts he needed and ordered them. He replaced the jams and the window is as good as new! Great job!!

Company was prompt in providing estimate and said it would take about six weeks for custom window. Scheduled the installation a month in advance. Workers appeared promptly on the originally scheduled date and completed all work that day. They removed old window and trim and hauled debris away. They were able to remove the siding on the exterior and reinstall after the window installation so that is looks perfect and requires no additional work. They insualted and trimmed the interior so that no additional painting was required. In the end, we received a beautiful new window and don't need to do any additional work in order to match either the interior or the exterior. The workers were friendly and very professional.

We had a bit of a puzzling experience with this company. We called in late August of 2010 and set up an appointment for an estimate on the replacement of a window in our house with a blown seal. They arrived on time and were professional. However, they damaged a screen while taking a look at a window in our house but assured us they would repair it when they returned to replace the window. We never heard from them again and they never responded to multiple phone calls we placed to them trying to follow up. They seemed like a professional company and we planned on using them. However, they never followed up, despite repeated calls to them and now all we have to show for it is a damaged screen. After 45 days from their initial visit with no response, we finally moved on and are using a different company to replace the glass.

The company I bought my windows from went out of business; while cleaning a window I thought I broke it. Called Window & Door Connection because of AngiesList and they are WONDERFUL. Punctual, friendly and very very honest. I will tell everyone I know that is interested in windows/doors to call them. They will be who I go to from here on out! It was a simple fix and he showed me what to do if it occurs again.

The process was easy and went smoothly.

Mike Welch, and his co-worker Dan, did a wonderful job replacing the sliding doors and windows on my house. They were very professional, responsive to my needs, timely and informative on how the relacement project would work. It also should be noted how friendly and funny they both were. I have another project of glass replacement that I will be calling them back for. Their prices are much lower then the company I have used previously.

The same day we moved into a new house, my son shattered the sliding glass patio door. I used Angie's List to find Window and Door Connections and I am just as pleased as I expected I would be based on the other reviews. Dan and Mike are obviously knowledgeable about their craft, very friendly and pleasant to deal with and I felt comfortable with the price quoted, which is exactly what the job ended up costing. Mike explained to me why the glass door chose to break at this point in time (i.e. the characteristics of tempered glass and the effect of age and accidents), what was needed to replace it (new double-paned unit) and why it would take two to three weeks (non-standard size door required custom manufacture of glass.) I felt like I knew what was happening at every point along the way. My new glass door is in and it looks terrific. While he was here, Mike fixed a small problem with my front door at no charge. It was an all-around great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again, though I hope we go awhile without breaking any more glass doors around here.

Both Mike and Dan from Window and Door Connection were very professional, and respectful of my time and budget. They were reliable and delivered on what they promised. It was a pleasure working with them, and I will call them again for any window or door needs. I was very pleased with the end result.

I called WDC based upon good reviews on Angie's List. They provided me with a rough estimate over the phone based upon the measurements of the window and the number of muttons and type of glass. Based upon that estimate I booked them to come out and measure. On the arranged day, they arrived promptly and measured and analyzed the window to make sure it was an exact replacement and to my surprise the final bill was a bit cheaper than the estimate over over the phone because I had told them 4 too many dividers. The whole thing took about 10 minutes. I paid them half up front and they said they would call when the replacement glass was delivered. Today, which was 13 days (10 business days) from when they measured, they came back out and replaced the pane. Again they were prompt, courteous, clean, efficient and very professional. WDC clearly knows what they are doing and I will be using them for all of my future window maintenance and replacement needs. The price was more than fair for the excellent quality and service provided. I recommend them highly.

He was a little pricey. He had to cancel a couple of times, but it wasn?t that big of a deal because he was going to come after I got off from work. He was very nice and very personable. I haven't had any problems with the door. I could barely open the door before. His price was high. Other places I called wanted to schedule me weeks in advance and he was able to do it that week. He definitely knew doors and windows very well.

From the moment Mike came out to give us a consultation, we knew that he was very knowledgeable about glass and windows. We had considered replacing all of our windows due to the fact that we had several with failed seals, but Mike felt that we could achieve just as good a result by replacing the faulty glass, which we then agreed to do. He not only had to replace the glass, but also had to match the existing grill pattern and color. We couldn't be happier with the result - the installation was prompt and efficient, we had 9 windows repaired in 2 1/2 hours, and the quality of the replacement glass is outstanding. We saved a substantial amount of money since we originally were considering replacing all the windows in our home. If we have any problems with any of our other windows, we will definitely be calling Window & Door Connection!

Outstanding experience. Mike did a fabulous job of explaining in detail why a new door was necessary and laying out all of our options. He accurately quoted the job, including repairs to the woodwork of the frame. His quote was significantly better than the two other offers that I had for the same job. He installed a new PVC-wrapped wood Anderson sliding door and replaced the interior trim around the frame. Mike and his assistant were friendly, courteous and professional throughout the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

They were quick to respond. They seemed to be knowledgeable about the product.

I was very impressed and pleased; these guys know windows, and even provided the documentation I need to claim the tax credit for energy improvements.

Service was excellent, he was very good at what he did, gave me a lot of advice. He also helped me out with the windows.
