We had a 10:30 appointment and they showed up on time and were very friendly throughout the time spent on the project. They spent time trouble shooting issues that arose with the door track as well as explaining what the issue was, and how they were hoping to fix it. They spent time making sure everything worked. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done.

Mike was great through every step of the process, he was very quick to get me an estimate and was very competitive with his pricing. When he performed the work he was very punctual and professional during the installation. It turned out looking like great. I would recommend Mike and WDC for your window repair needs.

I took awhile but all turned out great.

They did a great job in fixing the patio door. The door was old and hard to open. They took the door off, cleaned the track, replaced the worn out wheels. They spent quite a while to adjust the wheels of the door to make sure it is leveled and can be moved smoothly. They really worked above and beyond to get this old door fixed. Thank you very much and we will definitely use them in the future if we need any window or door work done.

The service was performed professionally. The installers were polite and courteous. I would definitely use them again. The new window was manufactured and installed by them even though we did not buy the original windows from them. The original provider has gone out of business.

My husband was home when they came. We were fortunate that the small shards of shattered glass had not dropped out. They removed the panel and placed it on a cloth and removed the shards of glass and prepared the wood frame. They inserted the new glass panel back into the frame and then into the sliding door frame. They were very professional and clean during and after they were done. We were very pleased with the folks from Window and Door Connections!

Mike was very informative on our very first phone call and it gave me the confidence that when he arrived he would be able to fix my patio door. This was an important factor to me because I'd actually had 3 different handymen come to look at it and gotten disappointing responses from all of them. The only hiccup in my communication with WD Connection was when I tried to reschedule and didn't get a call back for at least 3 days. However, they were very accommodating with the reschedule once we touched base and even came out on a Saturday. Most other places wanted me to take off work in the middle of the day. Not only would I recommend WD Connection and Mike personally, but I am thinking about replacing my front door and they are the first ones I'm going to call when I'm ready. The price was super-reasonable based on the $300 quote I got from someone else that didn't even bother to show up for the appointment we'd made and the other handyman who told me he'd have to charge me to drive around to hardware stores looking for the wheels to my door because they're "so hard to find". Mike had them on his truck without even knowing the make of my door. How's that for service!!

The receptionist kept calling and emailing to connect with me and get for information. She set up an appt. Later she called back to recommend Ace Hardware, stating that they did not cover patio screen doors.

Analysis and solution were right on. Problem fixed without having to replace window. This is the second time we have used Window and Door Connection and would use them again. They know their business thoroughly. A small business that relies on repeat business and satisfied customers.

I called and left a message with the company on 6/12/13. I never received a call back. On 6/14/13, I reached Mike in the morning. He put me on hold, came back on the line several minutes later and told me he had to take my name and number to call me back. I never even received the courtesy of a call back.

I had two windows replaced and he also changed some springs. He was so cooperative and so nice. Just a very pleasant man to work with.

We received an estimate - approved it - they made new doors and installed them, all on time with no hassle or mess.

I needed a patio door fixed as it was not sliding properly. I contacted them Jan 6th or so and they got back to me by Jan 7th with a quote. Thereafter it was a complete nightmare getting in touch with them to set up an appointment to actually get the work done. Multiple voice mails and emails later, I managed to get in touch with one person, and he said he was driving and couldn't talk, and someone would get back to me in an hour. Never happened. Thereafter I left some more voice mails. Finally when I'd given up, I got a call Jan 14th that there was some miscommunication on their part and they would like to follow up on the work. I told them I was out of town and would like an appointment for Thu Jan 17th. He said ok, call me when you get back and we'll set up an exact time. Once again I called them and once again there was no response from them. Emails, voice mails, nothing made a difference. I had told them that I had very little time left in town in order to get the door fixed and that I was depending on them to come through and finish the job. Despite that I got the frustrating run around. Fortunately, I was able to contact a handyman via Angie's List that is now on the job and is responsive and punctual. Terrible experience, will NEVER attempt to use these guys again.

Fantastic! I won't go into the details on how my son's bedroom window got busted out, but it created a bad security situation where anyone could have entered the home right through the window. I spent well over an hour calling many different companies on Angies list. Sometimes I received a voicemail and left a message. But since this was an emergency, I just kept calling companies. I found that many fine companies on Angies List do not repair windows with broken glass. Many of them replace the entire window including frame and could take weeks to custom fit. This was an emergency though, so I kept on calling different companies. FINALLY after about an hour and a half I called Window and Door Connection and reached Michael! And as it turns out, he also replaces broken glass! He asked for a rough estimate of the size of the window and gave me a quote over the phone. He was able to come out within an hour of me calling!!! He removed all the chards of broken glass, measured it, boarded it up for me. He had the window fixed and ready to be installed the very next day. He was extremely professional and I would use his services for other types of window repair or replacement. I very highly recommend this company and can't thank them enough for helping with this bad situation.

This company was the easiest company I have ever dealt with. Friendly, was quick to responding to the email, was out the same week to do the work. He did a fantastic job and I would recommend them and use them again.

What a surprise...Window and Door just saved my husband and I around $1,200.00. We thought we needed a couple of whole new windows, because of broken seals...Not the case..Window and Door were able to remove the old windows, insert new seals, and put in new panes....Yay!! What a savings. Mike was our guy..From the time he came to look at the problem until it was installed, he really explained in detail the problem. Timely, and curtious..Mike also priced out a new glass top for our coffee table and to my surprise was worth it to let them do the job....Very profesisonal, very curtious, very friendly...

A quality operation!!! I initially called and talked to Mike the owner about problems I was having with foggy glass on my patio door windows. Mike reviewed all the options and costs from new doors to new glass including a process used to clean the moisture from within the panes of glass. His detailed knowledge on all these issues was fantastic. For my situation, replacing the glass with new was the most cost-effective option. Mike quoted me a price that was more than reasonable. Prior to the install date, he called and asked if he could upgrade the glass at no additional charge because he had gotten a good price from his supplier. Can you remember the last time a contractor called and asked if he could provide a better product at NO additional charge??? Mike called the day of the install to confirm the appointment and then called later in the day to let me know they'd be a few minutes late due to another job. Upon arrival, they carefully moved the patio furniture out of the way and covered the inside carpeting. As he worked, he explained the steps he was taking to make this a better installation than the original. After all was complete, the shopvac came out and the entire area cleaned. If you don't call these folks for an estimate, you will be missing a chance to use a AAA contractor at a super low price.

I called Mke and told him of my storm door problem. He told me the window was too old to fix as it probably didn't have any screws in the mitered corners to open to replace the window. He took the time to tell me how to go about buying a new storm door. After I hung up, I looked at the window and saw it, indeed, had screws in the corners and called him back to ask under these circumstances if he could then repair it. He called me back in the evening and told me he would come out and look at the window to see if it could be repaired. He told me it was $50 for the call, but if he couldn't repair it, he would only charge me $25. He was to come out at 11:00 the next morning, but called me at 11:00 to tell me he would be a little late as his last appointment ran a little long.. His big truck and workshop pulled up to house; he looked at the window and said, "Yep, it could be fixed." He opened hs truck workshop and 20 minutes later, the window was seated back into the rubber boot. He then helped me put the window in the storm door, and away he went. I decided to go with him after my phone call because of the kindess he took to give me all kinds of information and options. His company is one that should be used. His going-out-of-the-way deserves many praises. Bob

Called Mike on 9/28 and got an estimate. On 10/1, he came to the house and measured and the estimate was right on. He said it would take 7 to 10 days for the glass to come in. I gave him a deposit. It ended up the glass took about 3 weeks (a problem with the manufacturer). Working around my schedule, Mike came and installed the glass on 10/31. Took about an hour to change. He was easy to work with and I would definitely use this service again (though hopefully I won't have to). Now I just have to find a service to match and replace the tinted film that was on the window!

I did not choose Window and Door Connection, Inc., because this was for a rental and I went with a less expensive window from another company. They quoted Anderson windows. However, I have total confidence in this company. Dan was extremely helpful over the phone and had a person available the same day for a quote. Greg came out on time and gave a quote. He was thorough and reasonable. If we didn't have to wait so long for the association to approve work we probably would have gone with them.

I called the office and Dan gave me an estimate over the phone. Several days later, Mike came by to measure the window and Dan's estimate was spot on. I paid a deposit and Mike ordered the glass. He told me it would take about 10 days to get the glass. Two weeks later, Mike called and said the glass had arrived. I scheduled a time for him to come over and replace the window glass. A couple of days later, Mike and Greg arrived exactly when they said they would and did the work. It took about an hour and the window looked great. Mike, Greg and Dan were very friendly and easy to work with. Great company!

They do not usually have hours on Saturday. An appointment was made for Saturday morning weeks in advance. They were a no call/no show. When I called back, it went to voice mail. I stated that I would re-schedule at a later date. I waited a half hour before I made that call. I have not as of yet heard back. Update: Last Saturday we were supposed to have an appointment, but they did not show up. They called me back on Wednesday, and tried to say that they were depending on me to call them to make sure that I wanted them to show up for my appointment. They said that they were hoping that some other provider would take care of the problem, and they wouldn’t have to bother with it. Then they switch it around and say that they were relying on me to call them to see if I wanted to keep the appointment. I called them on Saturday to cancel after I waited a half hour. They did not bother to call me back until Wednesday June 15. Update: On June 18 I received another call saying that I haven't returned their calls from June 11th, even though I was the one who called them on the 11th and they hadn't returned my call until the 15th. They asked me in the voice mail message on the 18th what my intentions are, and said he needed to get to the bottom of this. I intend not to use their buisness for two reasons. 1. They were a no show for my scheduled appointment on the 11th. 2. They have been very unprofessional on the past two phone calls and have not included the full truths. Most recently, they threatened to continue to call me until they "got to the bottom it." There is nothing more to say, I am not going to be using their buisness. This is not a customer-focused company, case closed.

The process, from start to finish, went off without a hitch.

We have used Window and Door Connection before to install windows for us. This time we just needed some windows to be capped and caulked. Mike did a great job. He is always very professional and we have been pleased with his work every time.

I needed to replace my windows and patio door in my townhome. After shopping around and getting a few quotes from local companies, I chose W&DC. Mike gave me a reasonable quote for the windows, plus I liked the window option that was shown to me. Mike of W&DC was one of the easiest guys to work with. He was extremely knowledgable and shared a lot of information regarding the type of windows he was installing. The work was split over a few days and Mike was there on both days. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up behind them. I love my new windows and door.
