Description of Work: Based on their analysis, we thought USWaterProofing would solve an issue with a constant inrush of water into our sump well by installing a bigger well, better pump and larger piping and pop-up drains in the yard. All it has done is create a pool of water in the yard. To their credit, the new sump well is larger which does allow more time for it to fill, but the pump still cycles all the time about once every 2 minutes and the switch will soon burn out. They made no attempt to investigate the source of the problem (we did, prior to calling them but have not discovered any leaking supply lines, water main, or sewers that are causing this). It boils down to this: IF THEY DIDN'T KNOW THE CAUSE, THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE RECOMMENDED A SOLUTION. We depended on their experience and expertise. They made a sale, and we still have a problem.

Said they were going to have to move our old-school built in concrete sink, which would have cost an additional $500+, in order to get to the crack. We agreed to that, but they figured out how to fill the crack without moving the sink, saving us a lot of money. |Thanks!

Description of Work: Two cracks had to be repaired in my basement and while checking the area that need to be worked on the gentleman found two other bad cracks that needed to be fixed. He did the epoxy injections and answered all my questions. I am very pleased with this company.

Description of Work: Came out because I suspected a foundation crack. After examination, inspector told me he thought the problem was not a crack but rather sealing around my windows. Was impressed that he recommended an alternative fix to the problem and did not "create" an issue that was not there. Definitely would recommend them to others because of their honesty.

Description of Work: Experienced seepage over the winter and spring. We received an estimate and were provided with a number of options to address the problem. Rob koch was extremely professional, helpful and thorough on follow ups throughout the process. We are scheduled for exterior membrane and drain tile installation on June 27th. Description of Work: They repaired our foundation. This included installing piers, leveling out the part of the house that sank and repairing the cracks in the foundation. It was evident they had the expertise to get the job done right. They did an excellent job.

Description of Work: What they did definitely stop the leaks. That said, I don't have any way to compare their work to others. My one criticism might be that the epoxy leaked out and dripped down the wall and created a small pile on the floor. Not sure if that's common or not for that to happen, but it could create some problem in the future should I try to finish off that concrete wall, and the basement. Not sure what it will take to remove it (hammer maybe)

Description of Work: We had several basement wall cracks which were satisfactorily repaired. These leaks had shown up during the winter thaw in late Feb. early March. USW came out for an estimate session, and the cracks were sealed within 10 days. No leakage during the spring thaw! made us happy campers. Good job, on time, as expected, and no complaints.
