Description of Work: Sealed three cracks in my crawl space.

Description of Work: Sealed leak in foundation in front of finished basement. Quickly returned to resolve the problem when leak appeared after testing. Will return in spring of problem persists to check different resolutions if problem persists.

Description of Work: They evaluated the seepage in our basement, determined it was only the sump pump (did not recommend any additional unnecessary services), and replaced it promptly. Before the consultant came to evaluate the problem, he emailed a video introducing himself. I found this MOST helpful and reassuring.

Description of Work: Installed sump pump and battery backup system. Had to come back to extend ejection which was flooding area in front of shed. Workers didn't confirm before installing. Relocation much better.

Description of Work: They repaired a small foundation leak. They were very efficient and professional. Only complaint we had was how long it took to get onto their schedule to have them perform the work. From time of estimate to work being completed was about 3 weeks.

Description of Work: Overall I was happy with the work however, I question the knowledge of the salesman who came for the estimate. We had 3 cracks in the basement that needed sealing as well as needing a new sump bucket in my sump pit. The 3 cracks were filled and done well by the servicers but when they looked at my sump bucket they said I didn't need a new one. The salesman who came out saw a hole in the bottom of the bucket and therefore recommended a new one. I agreed. When the service men came and looked at the bucket, they said they routinely drill holes in the bottom of the bucket to alleviate ground pressure and if that was why I was replacing it, they wouldn't recommend it. I appreciated their honesty but it made me question the salesman's overall knowledge. Overall, I was happy with their service but may just stick to the sealing of cracks with them in the future.

Description of Work: Installed 5 underground gutter extensions. Prompt, diligent, just came without some tools they needed due to miscommunication with project assessment.

Description of Work: Sealed several cracks in the basement foundation. Installed window well covers on all exterior basement wells. Fixed leaky foundation outside with membrane.

Description of Work: A very professional and detailed sales person showed up to sell the job. After that it was a huge source of frustration with multiple site visits for 'inspections', then when they actually came to do the real work, they did a shoddy job and I refused to pay the balance. They came back and re-did their work a little better, but it still looks crappy. Almost four grand for work that could have been done for less than 1/2 the cost.

Description of Work: Repaired foundation crack. The repair was done outside and did not require anyone to be home. The service person did a great job getting to the area, I couldn't tell that any work had been done.

Description of Work: Every thing went just fine. Very nice polite hardworking crew. Ask for Robert, he was my salesperson and was fun to deal with. He kept me laughing with his witty personality, but mostly he is easy to deal with ! obviuosly anyone who needs a french drain is stressed by the water, this job was seamless. Now I won't worry when it rains, ever again !!!!
