Description of Work: Basement seepage due to a foundation Crack. Rep. inspected the problem and emailed a quote the same day. After approving the estimate the tech was out the next week. Operation took about an hour, chipping out the Crack, injecting epoxy and cleanup. Two torrential rains later, my basement is bone dry.

Description of Work: Did not use the services due to high price compared with other proposals. After they were told that I was considering two other companies, they were very unprofessional in their response by "bad mouthing" their competitors. When they thought they might not be considered, the price came down....should have offered a reasonable price the first time.

THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY THAT DIDN''T TELL ME THE FAILINGS OF OTHER COMPANIES, BUT ONLY WHAT THEY WOULD DO FOR ME - I LIKED THAT. THEIR SALESMAN WAS VERY GOOD AND PROFESSIONAL. THE CREW THAT DID THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD AND KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I THINK THEY COULD HAVE PREPARED US MORE FOR THE AMOUNT OF DUST THAT THE WORK CREATED AND SHOULD BE EXPECTED WITH THIS KIND OF WORK.
Description of Work: INSTALLED A DRAIN TILE AROUND INSIDE BASEMENT WALL. THIS INCLUDED BREAKING OUT CONCRETE WITH JACK HAMMER, TRENCHING, INSTALLING DRAIN TILE AND GRAVEL AND RE-CEMENTING BASEMENT FLOOR.

 + -1 moreTHE PERSON I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WAS FINE. THEY GIVE YOU A WINDOW OF WHEN THEY WILL ARRIVE. MY WINDOW WAS BETWEEN 1:30-3:30. AT 3:50 I CALLED AND THE WOMAN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SOMEWHAT RUDE. SHE SAID, "DO YOU WANT ME TO CALL THE TECH OR NOT?" I SAID OF COURSE. THEN THE SERVICE MANAGER CALLED AND WAS VERY SARCASTIC. HE SAID THEY WERE TRYING TO CALL. I DO HAVE PRIVACY MANAGER, BUT THEY NEVER LEFT THE MESSAGE SO I COULD PICK UP. THE SERVICE MANAGER THEN SAID THE TECH WOULD BE THERE WITHIN THE HOUR. HE STILL WASNT THERE. I THEN CALLED THEM BACK AND THEY SAID THE TECH WAS A FEW MINUTES AWAY. ONCE AGAIN THE SERVICE MANAGER SAID THE TECH HAD TRIED TO CALL. THEY WERE ARROGANT AND HAUGHTY ACTING.
