Wonderful.  I was able to put complete faith in Royal and his team.   I last saw him in my garage on moving day and within 2 weeks I had a big check. 

Royal is the BEST Realtor we've ever worked with and that's saying alot considering we've moved 5  times in the past 12 years!  He's there from start to finish and is there for anything you might need.  He is a great negotiator and gets you top dollar for your home. 

I accepted a transfer that allowed  me 2 weeks to pack and move.  I decided to sell my condo.  Royal met with me, recommended a listing price, showed me comparables, gave me an estimate of my costs and proceeds, helped me get a painter, then listed and marketed my condo.  I had competing bids within 2 weeks and closed in 5.  His marketing was excellent:  The best sites, professional photography, video tour, the works.

Recently purchased a home with Royal as our agent... was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend him with zero hesitation. My wife and I were first time home buyers, but Royal made us feel extremely comfortable with the process. He was very proactive without being pushy, and provided additional assistance above and beyond the standard agent responsibilities... along with answering the zillions of questions we must've had along the way ;)

Royal really was fantastic to work with! He knows the market very well and was always there to answer any questions and address any concerns that I had, which took all of the stress related with buying a home completely out of the picture. He was always ready to help and is great with communication. Emails were answered almost immediately and calls always returned promptly. When it came to negotiations he was an absolute shark and saved me lots and lots of money. I will definetly be referring Royal to all of my friends and family!
