We are finishing our basement, and while we've never had any seepage, we wanted to repair any cracks that were going to be behind the drywall. Both the estimator and the repairman were honest, knowledgeable, respectful of our home and thorough in their work. We had a minor scheduling hiccup that the office immediately addressed, and everyone could not have been nicer.

Everything from the estimate, consultation, demo, installation and clean up went above and beyond. The folks at Real Deal were the consummate professionals and did a very high quality job.

Everything went well. Ben, the sales person, is professional, friendly, and responsive. George, the tech, does a great job. You can tell that he's sincerely interested in doing good work. The office staff is also friendly and professional. All the work that has been done has been successful in keeping the water out of my basement. I am very satisfied and would recommend Real Seal.

Excellent work. Had a crack in the basement previously "repaired" by another company. It never truly stopped seeping. A new crack started leaking so decided to try a new company. So glad we did ... the old crack stopped seeping altogether and the new crack is water tight as well. Wish we had gone to real seal first.

From the estimator to the workers on site, the attention to detail and information was well provided. On installation day, the workers were timely, worked well and did a fine job in cleaning up. Happy with the work and would use again.

After meeting with salesperson Tony, it was determined that we had a couple of foundation cracks that needed sealing, and we could probably benefit from the installation of a drain tile system. However, I was reluctant to have torn up the finished portion of the basement. Tony suggested instead that we install a partial drain tile system in the unfinished part of the basement, as that was where our seepage problem was. Really appreciated the fact that I was not pressured into spending more time and money than was actually necessary -- a rarity these days. The entire staff -- from Amanda and Erica at the home office to the onsite crew and the owner himself, Austin, who came out the next day and waited an hour with me for a village inspector who never showed up -- was wonderful. The installers were punctual and uber tidy; when they were finished, you couldn't even tell that work had been performed. The next major storm will be the true test, of course, but I'm pretty confident are basement will be as dry as a bone.

Real Seal was extremely professional and we would highly recommend them. They did an excellent job.

Crack in my basement foundation resulted in water trickling in for year. I was always scared to get an estimate as I feared it would could thousands of dollars and they will need to tear up the entire yard. Not the case! Real Seal filled the crack and gave me a lifetime guarantee!! Crack is sealed, not a trace of water, not even in the heaviest of rainstorms.

Workers were friendly, prompt, and professional. Carefully explained repairs that were needed. Revealed problems with gutter system to us, which we did not know about and was above what one would expect from basement repair team. Left work areas spotless

Joel did the estimate, and he was perfectly courteous and thorough. He looked at both issues we knew about, and pointed out things we could do ourselves that we had missed. On the day of the repair, the employee they sent was early, polite, and quick. He took time to show me what he had done and explain the method when he was finished, and our foundation is looking great. Would recommend!

Nobody is happy to have a leaky basement! I hired Real Seal because Ben sounded focused on the issues. Identified and didn't try to up sell me. Luis is professional and also focused on my concerns, identifying the fourth crack and fully explaining the situation to me.

We had obtained other quotes but Real Seal took the time to explain the work and answer all of our questions. They did not pressure us or try to upsell us on services we did not need. Their rep even went so far as to offer recommendations of what we could do on our own to waterproof our basement. Their price was reasonable and the workers were prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company.

The technician that came out was great - very thorough, explained things well, and quoted me a price several thousand dollars less for the work recommended than Perma-Seal's bid. My only disappointment is in having to pay for the estimate. I didn't receive any different information or services from Real Seal in their $200 basement inspection than I did from other companies as part of their free estimate.

1st time out after work experienced a leak where the work was done. Contacted the company and they immediately sent someone out to repair it. They do a fantastic job & clean up after is great.

Real Seal took a different approach than the major waterproofing companies, testing for leaks where the other companies did not. The Real Seal rep recommended work that would be only a few hundred dollars, vs. $5,000 for a major job. My only complaint is that I had to wait weeks for an appointment, but due to the local flooding issue, it was understandable.

The team was ontime and courteaous. They preformed well and did an excellent job. They were willing to explain and show the work being done.

Estimator who came out was on time, professional and thorough. He explained the entire process from start to finish. Once the repair was scheduled, George our repair person, phoned to tell us he was running late when he got here, the job was done cleanly, efficiently, and he explained everything that he did. We would use the Real Seal again.
