Very well. Technician needed to come earlier than scheduled which worked out well for me. Estimate was done quickly and was explained. He also left me a folder with information. I received a follow-up email.

Extremely pleased with the process from start to finish. Joel thoroughly inspected the entire interior and exterior of the house and pointed out another large crack in the basement that we didn't even know about. He also arranged for a complete laser measurement of the space to be carried out to insure that there had been no significant settling contributing to the cracks, which they will keep on file for future reference. The work to repair the cracks was carried out exactly as described (no "surprises"). I was impressed with the knowledge and the professionalism of everyone I encountered and would not hesitate to use the company again.

We got numerous quotes to fix our bowing basement wall with a surprising number of differing approaches. We went with Real Seal because they seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. They communicated well regarding expectations and schedule, and completed the work exactly when and how they said they would. My husband wasn't aware that we had contracted with them during a $300 promotional offer, and he overpaid them. They actually refunded the $300 difference to us. Very upstanding of them!

George and Louis were perfectionists and very hard workers. After the job was done, you wouldn't have known that anyone was in the house. Completely cleaned up after themselves. I will only call The Real Seal in the future! Thank you!

They did a great job. They were responsive, flexible with our schedule, and more importantly fixed our seepage problem.

Representative inspected the window wells - determined that clogged drains were the likely issue - he cleared around the drains, opened up the clogged holes and gave me a couple of tips to avoiding problems in the future. Very timely, professional, knowledgeable, and did not charge me for his time.

Ben was responsive; on time and very friendly. He estimate right away. He even came back when we discovered issues we didn’t know about. Louis was on time, punctual and friendly and did a great job as well. I am looking forward to a dry basement.

Joel the estimator was great. Very on the ball and knowledgeable. George the technician was also great, while he was late, he called as soon as he knew. He was very courteous and showed us the progress as he worked through the job. The end result was great!

Wow, this was totally worth it. Joel came out within two working and inspected the basement and the foundation outside. He gave us some great advice about getting rid of the smell and good humidifiers, and he put our minds at ease. Joel and Real Seal are professional, easy to work with, and worth the money for the inspection.

Job was done in a timely and professional manner, Lowee & George arrived on time. Both areas were somewhat difficult jobs – one was lay the AC & the other required digging to the bottom of the foundation, this was done by hard & was an all day job. Both men worked very hard. They Cleaned up the area nicely when finished. They were polite & showed me each step that my did.

Initial meeting was excellent – to the point, quick and not trying to push sales, had additional seepage prior to repair date, and Austin was able to quote me on that so the work could be completed on same day as foundation cracks were sealed.

We chose to go with a different company for our crawl space waterproofing, but I just wanted to say how wonderful Joel, Ben, Erica & everyone at The Real Seal was with us. We do not live at the property so we had a little unorthodox situation but Erica made sure we were kept very much in the loop when the estimate took place at our house. Joel personally called me & went through what he thought we needed. He even came back and spent a full hour with my husband at the property when we flew in to view the personally view the space. My husband chose to go with a different provider, but we really appreciated and respected The Real Seal's professionalism and flexibility. I would HIGHLY recommend.

From the estimate with Joel, who did not try to up sell me anything, and did not try to scare me with other problems I "might" have , the process was very easy. Scheduling of the work was within a few days of my call. The technician that came out was very, professional, courteous and pleasant. We are waiting awhile to have our wall repaired until we get a few good rain storms, but so far we have no more leaks in that area.

Ben came out within 2 days of my call and explained the process a company and warranty. Repair done within a week and done neatly, thoroughly George(2) explained process and showed me how it works.

Ben came out to provide an estimate. He was very professional, timely, explained the work to be done, and was able to schedule the work at a time that was convenient for me. George came out and performed the work. He was on time, very professional, and explained what he was going to do in detail. He showed me how the products work and called me over at various critical points in the process so that I could see how the cracks were being filled. So far the area is dry despite the wet weather we've had and I am pleased with the work that was done.

I am in a new construction house and had a water leak in my basement. The representative came out to evaluate the situation, checked the sump pit, the drain tiles and the exterior for cracks. Turns out the problem had to do with flashing and caulking. The builder has ultimately fixed the problem. The representative who came out was very responsive: prompt, courteous and accommodating, spending time investigating the possible source of the leak. While we did not use their services, I was impressed by the thoroughness and effort. I would highly recommend you have Real Seal look at your issue and recommend a solution. Should I ever have need of their service I would not hesitate to use them.
