From the very beginning, this company was a joy to work with. Amanda in the office made scheduling very easy as was very responsive. She also answered all of our questions right away. Ben, the company contact who came to do the estimate, was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. We were also really pleased to be able to set up a Green Sky no-interest financing plan, since Real Seal's portion of this was only half of a huge waterproofing/remodeling job. Finally, the crew who did the work were really fantastic. Jose was friendly, prompt, and very neat and precise with his work. They did exactly what was proposed and did it very quickly. And the cleanup was spotless. I can't say enough good things about this company!

Joel from RealSeal responded quickly and did a thorough study of the basement and yard. He proposed trenching and drain tiling the entire circumference of the basement and large adjacent crawl space, with sealing of all the walls and a strong pump with battery backup. The proposal was very competitive and RealSeal proposed the most comprehensive and tightest of sealing systems -- they reasonably wanted to remove wall studs and a basement stairway to be sure sure that the sealant system effectively covered 100% of the outside walls and routed any possible moisture penetrating the walls into the drain tile trenches.

One of the few honest service providers out there. Having researched many of the providers and contacted many, I highly recommend anyone with flooding issues call and get RealSeal's opinion before proceeding. RealSeal solved my basement flooding issues at a fraction of the cost (unlike other providers who try to sell you an entire system whether you need it or not). They have very honest sales people and provided great service. Our house had previously had basement flooding and seepage issues. I knew the cause of the flooding and had a fair sense of where the seepage was coming from and my home remodeling contractors (who gutted my basement) had a similar view on the source of flooding and seepage. Every service provider I called tried to sell me some huge draintile system and sump system that was an exorbitantly costly, unnecessary and overkill solution. Real Seal were the only guys who came in and were completely honest in terms of where the seepage was coming from - under the windows and a few cracks in the wall (actually created by the cable guys); their thoughts were consistent with what I had seen over the last decade in the house and what my contractors thought. They sealed all the cracks and reinforced and sealed around the windows on my gutted basement at a fraction of the cost. We have had close to 9 months to observe (incl before refinishing the basement) and absolutely no water despite many storms that would have previously brought in water.

The plumber was very professional. We did a great job and gave me an estimate on fitting the backup pump.

It only took three days since the company sent a lot of workers. They were very hardworking and neat. At the end of the job they showed me before and after pictures so I could evaluate the work. They put an underground pipe with a bubbler in my front yard to remove the water accumulated in the new sump pump (which included a battery backup) and they disturbed the existing vegetation very little. When I looked in the basement, they were so neat, I would not have known they had done any work. I got three estimates for this job and they were not only the most reasonably priced, they also itemized each phase of the job in case I only wanted to do part of the work. I would highly recommend this company.

The Real Seal repaired a crack in the foundation of our new house, and the experience was ideal. The technician who came out for the estimate (forget his name, unfortunately) diagnosed our seepage problem quickly—he seemed to know exactly where to look and found the crack immediately. The actual repair was performed with efficiency and professionalism. In fact, everyone we interacted with was friendly and a total pro. You can tell when a business cares about performing quality work, and The Real Seal certainly met that standard for us.

From the initial rep, Ben, who came out to inspect and give us an estimate to the crew who performed the work, everyone was prompt and professional. No scary sales tactics. No expensive up-sell. We decided to go with this company after 3 different companies gave us proposals. Day 1 of the project, a 5-man crew arrived on time, were very courteous and polite. All work was explained thoroughly. They worked hard! They prepped and cleaned afterward as well. I would definitely recommend them.
