Description of Work: Austin (the owner) came out and gave me an estimate. |George (the technician) came out and fixed a leak in |my basement that was about 8 ft. long. They both told |me that the "fix" has a Lifetime Warranty. |NO water has come in since.

Description of Work: I called Real Seal to repair a foundation crack in my basement wall. They were professional and courteous. The office staff was super helpful, and when I had to reschedule due to work conflict, they were understanding and helped get a new date. The work was excellent, and we havent had water seepage since. I would use them again without question.

Description of Work: Repair of foundation cracks and rock pits. The estimator made a thorough inspection and investigation, and what seemed to be a proper diagnosis of the problem. He was personable and professional, and on time. The proposal was accepted, and the workers arrived on the day agreed to, and finished the work on the same day. They did a good job, and left the site in good condition. Hopefully this will solve the problem, time will tell.
