Swati was a great help in ordering the correct windows and doors. I am more than extremely impressed and satisfied with the product as is my client. Even my sub-contractors love them! All windows and doors arrived very well packaged in a wooden crate, no damage and all items were exactly as ordered. Note: all of the units are HEAVY! The front door required 4 men to carry it! Plan on ordering the units needed 12 weeks ahead of when you will need them. 1-30-2021, I am currently designing a new home for clients and we will be ordering the windows and doors from SWD.

The installation went well, the installers were courteous, and professional. The price was fair. We had six issues with the products. All appear to be caused by the window/door manufacturer. Unfortunately, Superior Windows and Doors uses this manufacturer and therefore bares half the responsibility. 1. Installation was on October 30, 2019. 2. The bathroom window was supposed to have obscure glass and did not. The correct glass was not shipped and installed until January 2020. Three months after initial installation. 3. A few of the sashes were loose and would not stay up or stop in the middle of the window. The installers were able to adjust the sashes. 4. A couple of the window locks were impossible to lock. We were afraid we were going to break the handles. We had to have the installer make more adjustments. 5. One of the front casement windows came with a bump on the bottom of the sash. It turned out to be a staple pushing up the covering. Four months later we received a replacement sash. 6. The patio door was the worst of it. It was shipped without a screen, a tow lock and with four scratches on it. We informed our installers who contacted the manufacturer. The second and third screen shipped were the wrong color. We ordered brown not white. It took until February 29, 2020 to get and install the missing parts. That is four months after installation. The door handle is pushed up to lock and down to open. We have owned four houses with six patio doors and not one ever required the lock to be pushed up to lock. One day, five months after the installation during a rainstorm we discovered a ½ inch by 4 inch slit on the top and bottom of the inside door. Guess how we discovered it. Yep the rain was coming in. Again, the installer told us two pieces were missing. Those pieces were just installed June 4, 2020. The back of the screen door is constantly coming off the track when we close it and the screen door does not lock. Not sure how long it will take to fix, adjust, or order another missing part. James has been good about honoring the warranty and has sent his installer out to resolve every issue. Its been seven months since the initial installation and we continue to discover issue with the products. When we inform James, he responds within 24 hours. Then we do not hear from him until we initiate contact again by asking when the issue will be resolved. This has happened on every issue we reported. We feel he should be contacting us with the status.

Great professional window installation. Everyone from the scheduler, salesperson, and installers were polite, courteous, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
