SHARP REFLECTIONS

It went well. The first window was fast and very well done. I had to try several times to get a hold of them for the second window. But once I did, they did an excellent job of fixing it. They did it pretty quickly too.

Len Smart is a stitch. He tells me that he knows the condo building that I live in well. Regardless, he did a great job. He was extremely conscientious. I believe he wore booties while working on my carpet, carefully put down drop cloth. I had no idea he was working with glass, really, there was no evidence of glass anywhere and my place was carefully cleaned up. He seemed very detail-oriented and truly wanted to do a good job. I am very pleased with the results, I'm writing this review 3 years later and am still very pleased with my windows. Everything still looks and works great.

They were very upfront on pricing and installation. They did a good job.

Overall, this went very well. They came a day early to take a look at what would be required and taped up the crack. On the actual day of replacement, they came on time and worked efficiently until the job was done.

Len was very responsive and provided a prompt quote. He followed up with us to see if we were ready to proceed with the project. He estimated it would take two weeks to receive the new windows, and actually got them in within one week. He came and installed on a Saturday morning when we were available to be home. He was very courteous, covered his work area and was very cautious about our carpeting. It was very cold and raining heavily the afternoon and evening after the install. On Sunday morning we noticed some moisture had gotten in under one of the windows. We called Len and he came out that afternoon and quickly resolved the issue. We were very satisfied!
