Greg was really helpful in navigating through the various stages of our 2 bath remodels. He took the time to shop with us for the various material and his input was invaluable. The bathrooms turned out great. A little hiccup in the end regarding the custom shower glass which i didn't anticipate would take 2 weeks after the remodel was complete. Very satisfied overall though.

Greg and his team were fantastic. They helped us remodeling our 2 bathrooms. He also helped us with the idea, the design and choosing the right fixtures. They did a wonderful job and we love our gorgeous bathrooms.

Greg helped us with the design and selecting most of the fixtures in the bathroom including the tiles. Every thing goes really well together. They did a great job and we really like our bathroom.

I had my bathroom completely remodeled last last September. I had interviewed a couple of contractors but when I came accros Sanrad Design, Inc. found on HomeAdvisor and talked to Greg, my mind was made up. His ideas were detailed and considerate to my budget. He immediately had a vision what needs to be done. The proposed pricing was comparable to others, but the value of his advice was priceless. The fact that he goes shopping with you for four or five hours and points out all quality brand products at a reasonable price can not be surpassed. He is very knowledgeable and responsive; yes, he actually returns your calls promptly! And If he can't - Beata will call or email. The crew of workers is very experienced, clean, detailed, very friendly, letting you know their finds behind the knocked down walls and what has to be done, especially in a building 40+ years old. This may put you slightly over the budget, but what's a couple of hundreds if you spend thousands already? Besides, it's a bathroom and you want everything to be done right. At the end - the quality of work is amazing and I will admire it for years to come. Also, if you have only one bathroom like I do, they will leave a toilet for the night! The project took eight working days and I had to move out for one night only when they put down the floor tile. There were a couple of minor hiccups but they were quickly corrected. Clear communication is very important in a big job like this. One item which was not mentioned in the contract, but needed to be done, Greg owned it and completed the task himself, a great finishing touch. I greatly recommend Sanrad Design - YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

Very professional group of men. They covered everything every day, they cleaned their work area nightly and they finished the job in 9 working day. Greg went shopping with us and in 4 1/2 hours we picked out "everything" we needed. Of course everything was expensed from soup to nuts! but worth every penny.

Did a great job. Played the role of a designer and made specific recommendations for the fixtures, tiles etc. Counselled us against doing a much more expensive project and it was the right advice. Workmanship was excellent and they promptly fixed a few minor issues I had. The one difference is that they are picky about the scope, tends to charge for anything extra and it is itemized. Other vendors told us they would do small additional work as long as they can do it wothin the 1 or 2 weeks they estimate for the project. Look at the proposal carefully and make sure everything is covered.

Now that we (my wife & I) have become empty nesters, we wanted to expand our bedroom into the adjacent bathroom and change my daughter?s bedroom into a bathroom. I carefully drew what I wanted over several months and got several bids to do the work. One of those bids was Sanrad. Greg (Sanrad) made a couple suggestions for cost saving and efficiency that I really liked! I especially like his bathroom design. Now instead of a bathtub with a shower head, I have a whirlpool with a separate shower. Because of his knowledgeable input and reasonable bid, I awarded the contract to him. I was impressed with Vodic (Wojociech), the main Carpenter. I assisted him with several projects (even though he did not require help) and was very impressed with his skill and crafting ability. Greg even helped with the shopping for fixtures and appliances which greatly simplified and sped-up the drudgery of shopping. I will definitely recommend Sanrad for a renovation/bathroom remodeling job!

The crew were very courteous and professional. There were a few mistakes in the job but they returned and corrected everything. We are very happy with the results. The only concern is that we were masked to make major decisions with little or no warning so I recommend anyone doing remodeling should be well prepared with a solid plan.

Greg's ideas were outstanding. He pointed out features we never thought of. Greg kept us on track when shopping with us and showed the difference between the products. The worker that did the actual labor part was fabulous!!!!!! He worked deligently all day, never wasted time and was an actual workaholic! The job was done on the day predicted!!! The finished bathroom looks just like something you'd see on HGTV! We are sooooo pleased. We are so glad we picked Sanrad Design! If we ever have further projects, we will definately choose them again!

Greg had some good suggestions, and helped us select materials and fixtures that we liked, and that were a good value. He had current knowledge of where we should buy certain items, and helped us shop for what we needed. The project turned out nice, and I liked the design suggestions he had that we wound up going with. His suggestions of which places had good prices on current stock for each item not only got us things we really like in our bathroom remodel, but I'm sure saved us money and looked better than what we probably would have bought otherwise without his help.

Love this company! I have an older home with a tiny bathroom. I put off remodeling it for a year because I dreaded the process. Greg made it all simple with excellent design and space saving suggestions. Greg listened closely to my ideas and came back with great suggestions. He is highly organized, prompt, responsive and knowledgeable. The contractor who did the work was extremely hard working and both guys cared a lot about making sure the job was done right. Everything was tidy at the close of business each day. I have no complaints and will use this company again. The bathroom looks like one in a sharp NYC boutique hotel!

Very professional. Crew is timely and hard-working. Greg came and gave an estimate. Once hired, he set up a date and he accompanied us shopping for fixtures. It definitely sped up the process. I will use Sanrad again.

The pre-work advice and recommendations, contract, and professional work were all outstanding. The price was very competitive and the tile and fixture purchase assistance (both expert advice and contractor discount) for our "whole-bath" remodel made the process much easier. The craftsman who did the work was conscientious about protecting the rest of the house, an extremely diligent journeyman and his work product was spectacular. The promised 8-10 day job turned out to be only 7 days start to finish. We couldn't be more pleased!!!!

Everything was great. It was a bathroom remodel and I'm very happy with it. I especially was happy that Greg shopped with us so we knew that what we purchased would work. Otherwise, home improvement stores overwhelm me. We have one bathroom to go and will definitely hire them.

The project is finished and done professionally. The cost was approximately $700 over budget, at the same time, you are going to pay for the quality. This company had the lowest bid and, unlike all the others, the individual will actually go shopping with your to keep you on target. The individual has a great eye for matching fixtures and guiding you in the direction in which will please you. Problems that arose after completion of project were handled poorly. The individual who arrived to make the corrections was in a hurry to leave and the repair was shabby. It was as if he could not wait to get to his next project.

Enjoyed working with Greg and delivered as promised. Made great suggestions and provided practical ideas.

Sanrad was very professional thoughout the entire process. Greg helped us select finishes that were not only beautiful, but also within our budget. The job was started on time and they showed up every single day without interruption. I am having them come to quote another jpb in our house right away.

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY WOULD NOT START THE JOB TILL ALL THE MATERIALS WERE ON SIGHT. HE CAME EVERY DAY TILL THE JOB WAS DONE. THEY EVEN TOOK US SHOPPING TO MAKE SURE THE COLORS AND FINISHES WOULD WORK IN THE SPACE. THE MAN THAT DID THE WORK WAS FRIENDLY AND HE EVEN PUT UP WITH OUR 5 YEAR OLD GRAND DAUGHTER.
