Description of Work: They replaced the main sump pump pvc tubing from the pump itself up to where the pvc turns near the ceiling (about 8-10 feet of pvc) due to the pvc connection points in the pump leaking. The problem is, they had to reschedule the appointment 2 times, making it 3 total schedulings. It was very difficult to be home at each scheduled time and had to take time off of work to do so the total cost wound up being more than what was owed ($160) due to lost wages. However, they took a $50 coupon so the total repair was $110 after applying the coupon. Not happy about this at all. Their excuse was that they were too busy to make it out during the first 2 failed attempts. The work was good and the service man was professional.

Description of Work: I wrote to them 12/08/15 and again on 12/14/15 and got no response to either request for a service call because of a slow draining tub. To date (01/27/16), no one has responded.

Description of Work: I had a kitchen faucet installed. I had the faucet but they installed some new valves that needed replaced. At first, the price sounded a little high but I guess now thinking of it, Labor now a days isn't cheap. Overall, they were good at what they did. I am considering calling them again in the near future to have a faucet installed in my bathroom.

Description of Work: The pipes in our condo unit were banging extremely loudly for 3 hours straight on this Sunday morning. Of all the "available 24/7" plumbing companies I called, RotoRooter was the only one to answer the phone with a live person and confirm right then & there that a plumber could come out that day. The appointment window was from 12-4 and they called me at 3 to let me know the plumber was running a bit late. The plumber did arrive by 4 however and even waited around for 1 hour (without charge) until one of the unit owners could get to the property. The work he did fixed the problem.
