One of the better subs on a big remodel. Ralph the estimator was thorough and provided excellent customer service. The installation crew was also excellent, including doing some detailed custom work around a circular window.

Not dependable and does not do the work when he says it would be done. Over estimates the work. I had to chase him down 90% of the time to find out when the project would start and be finish.

Pro Home was able to start sooner than other vendors. However, when they finished, we had to call several times for the final walk through. We found several "fine finishing" things left undone (install quarter round, fill small gaps, etc) , and asked for these things to be corrected. After three follow-up calls, and no response, we did the finishing work ourselves. So very disappointed that their overall quality workmanship is overshadowed by poor customer service.
