Our home insurance covered the cost of this service. The service was very good. They were right on time. The workers were very friendly. They left the area clean before they left. I would recommend them to a friend.

This is the first time the house has been reroofed and resided along with gutters, and hopefully the last time. My issues I had were ones of communications and timeliness. Communications were poor at best and timeliness was worse. My job was started in July and finished in Nov / Dec. It seemed as if there was always something that was preventing the work from getting done. i.e weather, scheduling, other issues. Like I stated before, shingles, siding, gutters was all that was needed, 5 - 6 months to complete the job is a little excessive. As far as communications, a few well placed phone calls to let me know the progress or lack of, would have been beneficial towards relieving the anger of somebody not showing up at all. As far as the work, when it did get completed, it looked professional and they cleaned up the area before they left. No complaints there. They worked and met with the insurance company to get the job covered from storm damage, which was very helpful. I had some extra work completed which they accommodated as well. Two reccomendations to Phoenix would be communications and time frame completion.

I've dealt with many contractors over the past year, and Phoenix is easily near the top. The roof and siding replacement was driven by an insurance claim, which Phoenix walked me through very carefully and thoroughly. I worked with Bo as a central point of contact, who was always quick to respond to my questions, and kept me up to date on everything. The workers did a great job, and they were very friendly. The house looks brand new. Phoenix helped lift a big worry off my shoulders after the roof was clearly damaged by a storm, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result.

Phoenix Exteriors was the fifth roofing contrctor that I interviewed. Eric came over and walked on the roof and carefully noted all of the issues with it. None of the other contractors went on the roof. He was very patient with all my stupid questions, answering them so that I could understand what he was going to do. He also amended the contract several times to my advantage and to ease my concerns. His men came out on a Saturday and did half of the roof (it rained). They also replaced the flat roof over my back porch, and the slanted roof over my front porch. They finished the job the next day. Three days later, they came out and put the new gutters on (subcontractor). All in all professional job with a friendly group of workers, especially Eric Stanis. I would definitely hire them again. Superb job!

We worked with Mark on an insurance claim to replace our roof and siding due to storm damage. This was our first homeowner's claim with insurance and Mark was extremely helpful in walking us through the process. Mark was extremely thorough in documenting the condition of our exterior and providing information to the insurance company for additional reimbursements. We never had any trouble contacting him (so unusual for contractors!) and he provided appropriate updates on the progress of material orders, the insurance claim, and the work schedule. As far as the actual repair work, the crew was always on time, polite, and tidy. We worked with separate crews for the roof, siding and gutters. They were responsive to our questions about how something would be done and were careful to confirm our chosen options before beginning work. I am so thankful that we had such a thorough contractor for this project. We would have been overwhelmed trying to handle all of the communication with the insurance company ourselves. Mark was a pleasure to work with and we are completely satisfied with our "new" home.

Purchased Big Deal on Angie's List to have Phoenix come out and inspect and make small repairs to the roof of our 2-story house. Overall, they did a good job coordinating the visit and providing a detailed review the condition of the roof and recommended repairs. Because we had some hail damage and were considering making an insurance claim, Jeff recommended not completing any minor repairs or altering the roof in any way. This was the right call and Jeff followed up by offering to work with our insurance company if we decided to move forward with the claim process. We are still considering this (we have up to a year to make a claim) and haven't made a decision. Overall, I would recommend Phoenix and Jeff in particular if you want of thorough inspection of your roof, but due to our particular situation, because we didn't have any repairs made, I can't comment on their ability to get these done effectively.

They were very difficult to reach and when we were able to do it, we were referenced to a specific person whom was never in the office and didn't call back. Eventually, I asked someone to just go and do it even if we are not present. I presume that they did but I never heard from them again and I was anticipating a report on the roof conditions

He did no work. He said it will probably be about $1000 over the cost of the deal to fix. Said he would send estimate and never did.

I called their office during business hours but got their after-hours answering service. I left a message about my voucher, but no one has called me. I called them again today and I still got the answering service. I'm going to get a refund, because this is a bad impression. If you're going to have a business, at least respond and show a window of when you can do something.

Two men came to do the job and were at my house by 8, finished by 3. Very polite, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. They even offerred to put my deck furniture back on the deck for me. I was impressed by their professionalism.

Completely satisfied with the way the work was performed and the outcome. Note: when we had previously had our porch roofs replaced by different providers, appropriate flashing was not used, resulting in leakage during rains at times. Phoenix did an excellent mob with the flashing, which has proven effective and cosmetically appealing.

I had "issues" with roofs at 2 different buildings. At my mother's house the roof was leaking and damaged the kitchen ceiling. A new roof had been put on three years ago but the kitchen was remodeled and I think the contractor pushed up on a rood vent when installing the new ductwork for the microwave. At the other building I had an ice dam this past winter and needed an inspection to determine how to prevent future problems. I purchased 2 Big Deals for inspection and minor repairs. Eric determined that the wrong type of mails had been used around the roof vent and that the water shield did not extend around the vent. It was not a repair he could make as part of the Big Deal but he applied what I paid for the big deal to the job. Regarding the second building's Ice Dam issue, Eric said that after viewing my address on the Web, he had his "guy" drive by my house and he determine that the pitch of my roof was too extreme for them to deal with. He did allow me to apply the cost of this Big Deal to the other job as well. The roofer who came to make the actual repair at my mother's house did a nice job. He took pictures and showed them to me so that I could see what he was doing on the roof. I had to leave before the job was completed but I left the garage open for him in case he needed more shingles. He locked up when he was finished and cleaned up the driveway.

Bought the deal only to discover that the service provider no longer accepts jobs in our area, although terms of the AL deal states they do!

WE had to wait for warm weather but once the job got started it was completed very quickly. All the workers were very professional and the job site was cleaned at the end of every day. To my eye the quality of the work is very good and I have been around construction projects all of my working career. I would use them again if I need them.

The cost depends on the square-footage of the house, the number of windows, and the size of the roof. The cost of the roof was part insurance, but it cost about $15,000. The painting itself was about $2,000. It was a good experience, and we would use them again in the future.

They were great. Jeff the project manager was phenomenal. Informative. Friendly. Great guy to deal with. Roof done on time, pm budget with even some extras. Love these guys!

So far, their work is very good. They're not done yet but so far so good. They had done work for a couple of friends of mine and they recommended him.

Everything went pretty much as they said. The workers were on time and professional. The customer service rep. Jeff was very helpful and answered any questions I had. He made a very bad situation a little easier.

I dealt with Jeff for all my contact with the company. My sister used Phoenix and was extremely pleased so I gave them a call when my roof sustained wind damage. Jeff was awesome. He came and looked at it and once my insurance claim was initiated he dealt with all the details. My insurance company inspected the roof with him and my claim was easily approved. Once the weather broke for the season, Jeff quickly followed up and scheduled my roof replacement. Chris, another manager was also involved and they were such wonderful people to deal with. My roof took 2 days as I had 4 layers and needed the entire house's worth of plywood replaced. They cleaned up after themselves in my yard as well and the neighbors and were even considerate enough to protect my neighbors plants from damage. Jeff made sure to check in often throughout the process and explained everything every step of the way. The roof looks incredible. Jeff even took pictures and sent them to me on completion since I was not present on that day. I would definitely use them again, and actually am trying to figure out what else I can hire them for!

Juan did a great job with us. He handled working with our insurance company and then they did a professional job of installing the Roof and siding. There were a couple of issues however. When they presented us with the final bill it was more than the estimate but they adjusted it back to the estimate amount after we complained. Also it took more than one call to get them to come back out and replace a section of the roof we were dissatisfied with. But both of those problems were taken care of to our satisfaction.
