His prices were astronomical. What was posted on Angie's List was different than what he was quoting when he arrived. It said you get X amount of granite for $1000. When he came, it was like a huge upcharge, like pay a whole lot more. He was trying to tell me that I needed 80 sq. ft of granite, it was a real, real big number and his charge was real high. I had the Angie's List voucher, but it was almost like the voucher didn't mean anything. I would have had to pay him an additional $1600 out of pocket. It came to almost $3000 with him. I had somebody else come behind him, his price was so off. He said Angie's List put it out there wrong. Technically I could have got two Angie's List coupons and that would have taken care of it, but he was like no. That made me feel like he was like a rip-off. First of all, you could barely understand him. There was a big miscommunication based on his language. Secondly, he had to be aware of what was out there on Angie's List. He had to approve it for that to take place. He came right out.

Never finished the job properly.Did not reinstall anything. Chipped the walls and would not repair. Never responded to the Member.

I had emailed with Greg several times because my project exceeded the the criteria of the deal being offered at the time. He gave me a great price on the additional granite needed, and honored the special deal price even though I didn't confirm until after it had expired. I had someone out the next day, a Friday, to measure and so I could select my granite, and the installers were here first thing the next Monday to install. They were quick, clean, professional and it looks amazing! I've already given their number to friends and family and would hire again.

Excellent. Greg was great to work with and the install team was top notch. Very happy that the "home improvement store" messed up my order for the cultured marble top and I found New Stone Design. Now I have a beautiful stone vanity that looks great!

We are very pleased with the offer and the work that was done. Greg and Mirek were very responsive and accommodating. They were very helpful and patient when went to the shop to choose our slab. The installation crew did an excellent job. They were very meticulous as they installed the counter tops. The seam is almost invisible. They even swept the kitchen floor before they left.

I love the final result. Workers were professional and worked efficiently.

It went good except for taking one of the parts with them for old faucet so my plumber couldn't install faucet till he got the part.

Installers were prompt, fast and very neat (used drop clothes everywhere they walked. Completed installation was better than expected..

Fabulous customer service! Quality product Greg didn't have a second slab that I wanted. He sent me to another shop to pick another one out. Had them delivered and let me choose. No additional cost ! Highly recommend.

Well until after payment was made. Did not return to fix chips and did not provide receipt for payment as requested several times.

The work was correctly performed however they cancelled on us two times. Also we advised that the work could only be done on the weekend and they kept trying to schedule the work during the week. We also ordered grates for our sinks and we had to call several times to get them. We still don't have the receipt for the work performed that we have asked for.

It was an absolute delight working with Greg. I selected the granite from a large assortment that was available at his shop. Greg did a perfect job of measuring, and his workmen did a fabulous job with the installation. There was a small flaw in the granite. There was a bit of a delay getting it repaired, but it looks great now! Greg is very knowledgeable and was very helpful!!

The measurement was scheduled for a Saturday morning, the sales person promptly and presented the options included in the deal. There were quite a few color options included in the deal and our counters fit the deal nearly perfectly. He made a great suggestion on adding granite on the divider between our kitchen and family room which was an excellent suggestion, the existing and worn wood wood have looked so out of place and we had actually not thought about this and wouldn't have. I am so glad we added that piece along with extending the island about a foot. I believe they told us 2-3 weeks for installation but it was actually more like a week, which was very exciting. The team arrived and completed the work including removal of the old counters, installing the new sink and counters and reconnecting the plumbing. We are extremely satisfied with the way the counters look and especially the additional piece and are happy with the work the New Stone Design Team did for us start to finish

They responded very quickly, very prompt in responding and the craftsmanship was perfect. The only thing I have to say is there is no paperwork. When they came to do the measurements he just said you are this much over and I was ok with that. When they came back and I paid the additional he just wrote it on a piece of paper and I thought they was unprofessional, it should have been a receipt. When I contacted them, they answered right away, came back a second time because a couple pieces were missing and they came out right away. Other then receipt they were professional, craftsmanship was excellent, quality was excellent, courteous and kind. I would highly recommend and the price was great. They did very well.

Work was very professionally done. Mirek knew exactly what he was doing, plus he was in & out in no time.
