Description of Work: Jerzy came to my house, took measurements, said he would be back to me in a few days and never heard from him again. As he was leaving he said he never had worked with insurance claims before so maybe that is why he didn't take the job, but I think a quick phone call to tell me he wasn't interested would have been the right business practice to do. Maybe he doesn't need more business.
