+ 0 moreGreat experience, highly recommend! Purchased home built in 1980’s. Upon inspection discovered roof needed repair if not full replacement. Contacted Ironside Restoration based on recommendation from a co-worker along with a few other companies for comparison. Shawn and Jon arrived to ***** condition of roof, provide recommendations and quote for full shingle replacement. Found both to be professional and extremely knowledgable when discussing various materials and expectations on installation day. Pricing was very competitive based on all quotes obtained. Upon installation day, workers were on time, courteous, efficient and clean. Far exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to use services again! Thanks again guys!

+ -1 moreNo way! After storm damage, State Farm recommended Ironside as one of their "pre-qualified" repair vendors. Paul and team came out and inspected our roof, saying he would have a quote in approximately one week. When he missed the deadline, I contacted him several times... but three weeks later, still no quote. Totally unacceptable when you have a big hole in your roof. Also, when he was here, aggressively pushed I sign a contract to ensure they would be awarded the work... even though they had not (or ever) provided a quote. Shady.

Description of Work: Ironside Restoration had done several houses on my block after a hail storm. The work to be done was that my siding was to be replaced due to hail damage.I signed the contract September of 2013 and gave them $6000.00 and have not heard from them since November of 2013. I've sent them an email and have called 4 times including leaving messages with the owner Shawn. No one has emailed me back nor has anyone called me back. The sales person who I signed the contract with is no longer with the company. This is a classic, take your money and no work is done. An extremely disappointed customer. Ruth A.

+ -1 moreThe machine ran ok for the days it was placed in the home. I don't know if it was worth the cost, however.
Description of Work: There was a musty odor problem in the basement level of our home. I attributed the odor to possible mold due to an earlier water leakage problem stemming from porous windows which I had replaced a few years previous. There were no visible signs of mold damage. The company recommended a baseboard spraying with an antimicrobial agent and 2 to 3 days of an ozone producing machine. This was done. There is still an odor problem present, but it is too early to tell how much the Ironside treatment may have helped, if any.
