+ -1 moreI never used these folks because they never responded to any of my three phone calls. Each time I left a message and was never called back. Finally I hired another contractor. When that contractor arrived, he not only fixed the broken spring but pointed out where Global doors, who originally installed my garage door, cut corners, and improperly installed my garage door system. I will never use these folks again!

+ -1 moreWent very well, the technician arrived on time , he installed new springs in one hour and everything was good to go he also explained how to do the maintenance to the garage door to keep the door working properly and save money.
