EPIC Heating and Cooling

We were very pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness, price, and quality of work that Darien (Epic Heating and Cooling) provided us. Our furnace broke down and he was able to fix it in a timely manner. When we decided to replace the furnace, we were able to schedule the work promptly and Darien did a great job. New furnace is working great! Highly recommend Epic Heating and Cooling!

A very pleasant experience from start to finish. Darien took so much time to show me all the options and pricing levels available. There was absolutely no pressure at all and I felt very comfortable with my choices. The installation was quick and very professional. Darien and his partner were so quiet removing and replacing the units. After the installation, I was given rebate paperwork already completed by Epic and Darien made sure I knew all the features of the new thermostat and could operate it easily. I highly recommend Epic.

We have had them perform several duties at my house and my rental property and have been very satisfied with their work. He did great and has always been punctual, thorough, clean and available to help during a crisis. We've used his services for 2 years and will continue to do so. He was a pleasure to have in our home working and we highly recommend him to our friends and neighbors. A friend in the HVAC business referred us directly to him and we've never been disappointed!

When Darien got there he got all his material out of his work van (I looked into his van, it was neat and well organized) . He took all the material to the basement and set up. He began tearing out the old unit, he cleaned up as he went making the basement not unsafe. He explained what he was going to do as he went , since it was still getting cold at night he made sure that the furnace was the first item that was installed and ready to go before he left. He cleaned the area before leaving for the day and lets us know what time he would he be returning the next day. He showed up right on time the next morning and started working right away on finishing installing the AC unit,. He ran all new piping making everything look very nice, he was replacing the unit that was installed when the house was built. Comparing the appearance of the new unit to the old unit I did not realize what a sloppy job was done when they installed the original unit til I saw the job EPIC did. Our thermostat was in a bad location so he moved our thermostat to a better spot in our house. After finishing with the installation he made sure the areas where clean and removed all the old equipment and trash before he left. He sat down with us going over all the paperwork , he also helped us fill out all the warranty paperwork. He installed a wifi thermostat and made sure we understood how to set it up and use it.. He was at our house around 14 hours between the two days. I was really impressed with the job he did and would recommend EPIC to anyone that needs furnace or ac work.

Darien was prompt, courteous, efficient and he is very knowledgeable. Besides cleaning our furnace, he also serviced our humidifier. We will be using him exclusively for all of our heating and air conditioning needs in the future.

I watched him from the beginning and couldn't believe the effort he put into making sure that everything lined up perfectly. I didn't know that today the furnace has to be cut to size by the installer. He did a fantastic job and he completely cleaned up the area when done. The air conditioner was shot and he recommended a newer system that would cost us a lot less to use. Not only have our utility bills decreased but we can not hear the air conditioner when it is on. We hear the neighbors air conditioner, but not ours. That's great since it is right outside our bedroom window. He also performed some other plumbing and electrical work we needed done in the laundry room. He did not charge us what most would have wanted to do the job. When our relatives told us what they paid for the same work we were amazed at how economical he was. We recommended him to friends and neighbors and they are just as happy. He's done work to four different houses on our block, now, and we are all happy.
