Elite Lock & Key Inc

I had been having trouble with my old lock and key that broke in two. Harold from Elite Lock & Key, Inc. did a great job removing the old lock and installing the new one. He also made me some spare keys and explained everything along the way. The new lock and keys work very well!

I called Elite and discussed the issue I was experiencing. We made an appointment (at my convenience) and Harold arrived within the designated time, saw the problem, and replaced the handset, all at no charge. Again, I am very pleased with the professionalism and top-notch service delivered by Elite Lock and Key.

He changed the locks on 6 cylinders, fixed my back door handle which has been loose for 10 years, and made us 6 duplicate keys. He was polite, professional, and I will definitely use him again.

Had to replace the door from our attached garage to the house. Unfortunately the doorknob and deadbolt combination on the old door would not fit the new one. Harold came out within 2 hours of the call and did a great job. Very friendly and professional.

I locked myself out of my house around dinnertime on a Saturday evening. The first locksmith I called said he couldn't come because he was at a family event. So, he gave me two referrals. The second locksmith didn't return my call. The third locksmith wanted to charge $175, and told me it would be an 1.5 hour wait. The fourth locksmith was Harold at Elite, who agreed to come right away for $95. He indicated that he was coming from Schaumburg so it was a 45 minute wait. But after he arrived, it only took him 10 minutes to pick the lock. Hooray. Time to give one of my neighbors a spare key!
