On site supervision by the owner who maintains constant contact with the customer before, during and after services are performed. A detailed explanation of the services and plan for the scope of work will be discussed for all jobs. Everything is organized by Dallos Remodeling Inc through local villages and home owners associations to ensure proper licensing and permits.

Description of Work: THE TRIM OF THE SIDING ALONG THE ROOF WAS DAMAGED DUE TO SEVERE WINDS. I CONTACTED S.A.EXTERIORS AND RECEIVED A CALL BACK THE NEXT DAY. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS A SMALL JOB, THEY CAME OUT WITHIN THE WEEK AND CALLED BACK WITH A QUOTE. THE WEATHER PUT THE JOB BEHIND BUT I WAS NOTIFIED THAT WHEN THEY WERE ABLE TO WORK OUTSIDE, I COULD RELY ON THEIR WORKMAN TO DO THE JOB. THEY ALSO REPLACED TWO OF THE PIECES OF TRIM BY THE SERVICE DOOR AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK.

The president of the company, Sam Allow, came out, gave me an estimate and said when they would start and how long it would take. He met both days exactly, and the work and clean up were excellent. Estimate was what I paid.
Description of Work: They took off old siding and replaced it with vinyl siding.
