Excellent. I gave them full marks. Very smart guy, knew what he was doing. He just went from 1 problem to the next off the inspection report for a newly purchased property. Genuinely a nice guy. I highly recommend and will definitely use in the future for all my electrical needs.

He is very friendly, happy, and very professional. We explained to him about what is going on and then he explained what he was going to do. He talked to us and if he needed some help we helped him out. We like helping people anyways even though he is a professional. This was our first time use an electrician and I had a good experience with him. We will be using him again very soon.

We got outdoor landscape lighting fixed. One segment was not working. He is able to isolate the problem and fixed it.

He tried to repair what we had existing which worked for a few days but then burned out. It was an odd brand of light banks that the original electrician used. They researched the brand, found the needed part, ordered it and repaired the light bank. I was incredibly impressed. The owner was hands on, got back to me immediately even on a Sunday, and completed the job. They were great to work with and I will use and refer them to others.

Jamie did the work himself. Since the cover panel for the light fixture in the mud room was broken already he gave me the name of the shop that I can go and replace it or have it ordered. He did also suggest that I should be stocking up on T 12 bulbs as they have stopped manufacturing them. This is the second time he has serviced the electric fixtures at our home. Fast, reliable and always has a few nuggets of good information on money saving ideas. I recommed Jamie from Clar Electric for all your electric work.

Had a small electrical problem. Picked Clar Electric out of Angie?s list of highly recommended companies. He tried to talk us through problem over the phone so we could save the charge of having him come out. Our problem wasn?t able to be solved by us so he came the next day. He had the part in his truck so was able to fix problem quickly w/o any mess or bother on our part. It is nice to get someone who knows what they are doing and get things done quickly. Would highly recommend him. .

After walking through everything with us, he told us that if we were going to put an addition on the house in 5-10 years, like we mentioned, that we didn't need to have the electrical work done at this time. He told us everything that needed to be done, but also said that it would most likely have to be redone when an addition is put on, and that we would likely waste our money. We really appreciated his honesty, and he saved us a few thousand dollars!

Jamie really accommodated my schedule and went out of his way to set up the appointment. He was right on time, too. He diagnosed the cause of my dining room ceiling fixture shorting out and fixed it by re-hanging it and installing a new dimmer that had blown. He also installed a new dimmer on an LED fixture and had to troubleshoot that to figure out why the LEDs weren't working as advertised by the manufacturer but eventually got it to work to our mutual satisfaction. I was pleased with the quality of his work, so an appointment has been made for the future installation of a new ceiling fan/light that will require new wiring, switch, and a ceiling junction box being installed. The price he charged was also very reasonable.

Jamie was great. He reached out to me within a fee hours of buying my deal and he was able to come up the next day. Jamie was very personable and knowledgeable and I would definitely call him again.

Great job! Everything was completed in one day - except the post light installation. (I purchased the post light online - and it didn't arrive on time.) So, Jamie came back several days later to install the post light. Jamie, Phil, Tom, and Dan completed all the work and never stopped for lunch. Very pleased and we plan to hire them again to install a portable generator.

On time arrival. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable, knows his craft. Problem solved in less than an hour. No additional charges. Will definitely be using him in all future electrical issues and upgrades.

The electrician emailed me within 24 hrs. and was up front with not being able to do the work. Angie's list sent me refund form the next day. Overall my first transaction with this service meets my expectations.

I left Jamie a message regarding setting up an appointment to have 5 light fixtures installed. He called me back less than 10 minutes after I left him a message. He could come to give us an estimate within a week but unfortunately wouldn't be available to do the work for 6 weeks. I appreciated his honesty so that neither of us would waste our time since we needed the work to be done sooner. Just goes to show you that the best are in high demand!!! Jamie from Clar Electric was great. He explained the work before he started and was very methodical. It was apparent he was not out to make a quick buck. He removed the panel so that the technician who was here to work on the wall leak could do his job. Once the leak was taken care of, Jamie put the Panel back in its former place. He also installed a GIF outlet in the garage. I am very happy with his work.

Jamie and his crew were great. Jamie was very prompt when we requested a quote and came to visit within a couple of days. The morning of the work, the crew was on time and professional. We scheduled an appointment a few weeks in advance and it never had to be rescheduled. The work was completed very nicely with little mess. Jamie is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to building codes and took the time to talk with us about different options we had for future home improvements.
