Terrible. I will not recommend to anyone and I will not use him again. He was late nearly everyday, "lost" the key for the house, which in turn we had to replace our locks at our expense. Damaged 2 cabinets and one of the drawers. He said the cabinets "came like that" which was clearly not true but took responsibility for the drawer because he drilled the holes for the handle in the wrong place. He said he was going to order another one and will be back the following week to replace it. He never did that and months went by with us calling/texting/emailing him, most of the time he did not answer, but when he did he gave us excuses, like "the store doesn't show your original cabinet order, so I do not know what drawer to order" or "I did order it but they never sent it". After months of dealing with his stories, I went to the company and ordered it. Before purchasing the replacement, we told him how much it was going to cost and he said he will reimburse us. That never happened. I had to pay for something twice because he messed up. His professionalism was terrible, he showed up at my house around 8pm one evening (while my husband was not home), unannounced for "measurements". I did not let him in and he was furious and eventually left. This was after he "completed" the job. Our kitchen looks ok, but the cabinets and faucet were not installed properly. We found a leak from the faucet a few days later and it had damaged our brand new cabinet. Since the granite was already installed, fixing this cabinet will be a hassle and very costly. We had to fix the faucet immediately. The cabinets just don't look as straight as I would like them to be and the doors are not adjusted properly so they don't close all the way. The trim was not nailed well, so some areas are sagging and others areas have small cracks from the way he nailed it. Also regarding the payment, he quoted one price, we paid half up front, and upon completion, we paid the other half which he increased on the spot. I just wanted it over so I paid the extra $200 he was asking for. One pro for him, was that his work area was neat and he did clean up after he was done for the day. I appreciated that.

He did a great job. He always make sure that at the end of the day the area is clean. He works within his quote. He just did a beautiful job. He did it within the time frame he said he was going to. If he can't get the supplies right away he will let you know when they will be coming. He communicates very well.
