Great service - Will definitely use this company again.

The technician Wayne arrived a few minutes before the appointment which was impressive by itself as most installers seem to run late. He was curtious and very informative when I asked questions beyond the installation of the garage door opener. I was informed and shown how to open my garage door when there is a power outage which is very important to me. Wayne explained in detail what equipment he was installing, how each piece worked with the other and even how to trouble shoot issues such as sensor eyes that were no longer alligned then how to adjust. The installation took less than the 2 hours allotted for the appointment and all of the old equipment was taken away. He showed the box of garage door openers he had collected to assist any other of his customers who might need for their outdated garage door openers. Wayne showed me how the new opener worked as well as set the new security code on the keyless entry panel. I have recommended this installer to others in my complex and have shown them my new operner as well as how quickly the installation occured. If I had any questions I was informed by Wayne to call and he would walk me through any problems that might arise.

I was very happy with this company. I called in the morning and he was able to meet me at my home when I got home from work. He checked and adjusted my two garage doors. I asked for a quote for new doors and he gave me a very good quote and two different options to make it more economical.

Wayne came out and gave an in-person estimate. We have an a non-standard size garage door; Wayne special ordered the door and personally installed it himself. He certainly is an expert and a master at his craft. He dismantled the old door and installed the new one quickly, efficiently, and completely cleaned up when he was finished. I HIGHLY recommend Wayne and C. Blasen Doors!

He had already started before I arrived. The chain was adjusted, but Wayne explained what was happening before the adjustment. The wall pad was also already installed and did improve the performance of the door. Providing a second transmitter was necessary because only one of the original transmitters was found.

They did a very high quality work and their workmanship was good. They cleaned up well and were very personable. They were easy to talk to and easy to get hold of. They took time to do everything correctly and nicely, so it looks nice in the garage.

He was actually a few minutes early, got done very quickly. We are very pleased with this company, this the second time we used them.

They seemed very competent and trustworthy. He was on time. He was courteous and helpful. He knew exactly what he was doing. I lived in a condo before and they did all the doors in the complex. They did a good job there too.

I called C. Blasen Doors around 5pm on a Saturday after I realized that the spring on our garage door was broken. Wayne called me back within an hour and, after making sure that I didn't need to open my garage door that night, made arrangements to come by the next morning (a Sunday!) to replace the broken spring. He showed up right on time and replaced the broken spring promptly. He noticed that 4 steel ball rollers were rusted and not functioning and was able to replace them too. He lubricated everything that needed it and the job was complete in less than an hour.
