abandoned after 3 days. James Hardie has not yet responded to my report about this shoddy installation. Consider different siding, different installer Crew left a mess - multiple gaps in the deck where they'd ripped boards off, cracking some in the process. About 1/3 remains un-sided, Crew installed house-wrap so poorly in some areas that it came loose and we had 20ft long streamers of loose house-wrap ripping about in the wind. James Hardie standards say staples at least every 24 inches (maybe they meant 24 feet??? 𠤡 Th crew installed new house-wrap on top of old, everyprofessional siding contractor that's quoted to clean up this mess says that's a red flag. The siding they did install is wavy , butt-joints not nailed down, poor finish on most corners & trim. Professionals arrive soon to clean up after GRSW aka Buzz. Crew did significant damage to window frames where siding was removed with brute-force. Bailed out leaving a pile of light fittings, screws, nails, exposed light and power sockets. Gutter downspouts left lying in the ground.,.long runs of un-caulked joints at the roofline On the way out, one of the crew crashed into a brick planter and damaged it badly. The whole crew laughed while shoddily trying to fix it (we had to do it ourselves) Get a fully detailed quote. EVERYTHING in writing. Recommend that at invoice time you Google this "770 ILCS 60/5", and see what you have to do to protect yourself from subcontractor liens (can be filed 2 years later - homeowner is liable and can be sued. Lastly, look at all their reviews, not just the latest ones

JUST BE HOME WHEN THEY ARE WORKING ON THE PROJECT SO YOU'LL BE THERE TO DIRECT THE WORKERS.. THE WORKERS ARE GREAT!

Do not use this company. Extremely poor quality and craftsmanship. The salesperson seems great, but once the job starts you will regret your decision. Buckling and bubbling fascia, gutters without all required pieces, lifting flashing, and trim that was mangled before installation. The company uses subpar subcontractors to complete its work.

Always kept us informed about when the job would be done. They answered all our questions promptly and follow up was done on a timely basis. Would definitely hire them again. They also did our siding and did a great job.

They were great from start to finish. They always answered their phone and would show up when they said they would. Price was comparable to other quotes I got. Work was excellent.

Crew was phenomenal. Polite, friendly and expert craftsmanship John (salesman) was willing to show us computer image of the job for those of us who have trouble envisioning in our own head and quick to give suggestions if your plans would not look good. We trusted him to help us with color schemes and he nailed it. Henry (coordinator in the office) was very attentive and understanding (and patient) with peon questions from us. Receptionist as well who answered the phone was very polite - all in all, the company is first class. My only regret is that we wonâ t have to deal with residing for another 25 years and give them return business. Very thankful to have the best looking house in the neighborhood (and Iâ m not just saying that because I own it!!!! Haha)

Friendly, no pressure and prompt response from Sales. The crew who replaced garage siding, door, etc was professional, clean, friendly. Clean up was thorough, the garage looks fantastic and they were able to complete the job in less than 3 days. I am very pleased and will hire them for additional projects.

We hired Buzz for hardie siding and gutters. Started out well. We had a few hiccups in our addition process and had to push off the final portion of our work with Buzz - the gutters. Painting needed to be done in the same area and the weather turned too cold to properly paint. The weather warmed up and the painting was able to be finished. I contacted Buzz in February who initially said they would be by to go over what was left to do on our contract. But no one ever came or contacted us. Once pandemic hit we could not get them to even answer a call. Finally got John Garelli on the phone. He said they were not working during pandemic. Odd to me - not only are they considered a necessary service, their work would fully be outside with no physical contact. But ok. Then months later I see Facebook posts from them touting how they are indeed working. I called and called. Finally got in touch and they said they were no longer interested in finishing our job despite our contract. Rain would pour into any open window if we did not catch it quick enough and ruin new hardwood floors since we had no gutters. Glad it took 3 months to get an email from you starting and I gave my guys the options to work and most of them declined.

Buzz Pro s epitomizes what Customer Service is meant to be, a really tough thing to do in any business, their team is consistent and serious about their craftsmanship. We could not be happier with the results in re-siding our rather challenging home with Hardie.

They did everything they said they would do. The staff from owner to sales to workmen were out standing. We will recommend their company to anyone.

We hired Buzz Home Pros to put new siding on our home. They offered to finance our project. We applied for a loan with Buzz Home Pro's and were approved for up to $40,000. John, the contact at Buzz Home Pros, wrote up the work order along with an agreement that our monthly payments for 10 years would not exceed $400. He also said we did not need to pay/sign anything until the job was complete and that if we did not like the work, we would not have to pay. The work was completed and looks fantastic. We called John to ask about signing a loan agreement for the work, and he said the loan company would be in touch with us soon. Two months went by, and we heard nothing until one day we got a collection call from them. When we told them we had not received a loan agreement to sign or any other paperwork from their company, they claimed they sent it to the wrong address and would send out the paperwork right away. A few days later, we received a late payment statement with late fees attached - but still no loan agreement spelling out the payment terms or percentage rate. We called and were told they would send that out. Then we started getting daily collection calls, multiple times a day demanding payment. We do not even know for sure what our monthly payment is supposed to be with them! We tried going back to John at Buzz Home Pros, and he tried to reach someone at the loan company and got nowhere. Shortly thereafter, he stopped talking to us and had his secretary call us, who could not get anyway with the company or produce a loan agreement. It is now 6 weeks later and NO ONE at Buzz Home Pros is communicating with us anymore and the loan company continues their collection calls. I love the new siding on my house and want to pay for it, but we can not seem to get a straight answer out of these companies. I am afraid this is now going to wreck our credit rating. Definitely NOT going to recommend a company that can not even get you a signed loan agreement. Very disappointed with John and Buzz Home Pros for leaving us in the lurch this way.

John Garelli gave me the estimate along with much of the design ideas I needed. They did the John-Hardie board siding, windows, doors and are painting the exterior brick when the weather permits. They are great at keeping me informed of the the progress of the job and always on time and courteous. They answered all my questions and concerns. Nicest contractors I have ever dealt with. Price-wise, they were excellent and did quality work.

We were immediately impressed with John when he visited us and quoted for the project that include new windows, LP smart siding, soffits, facia, gutters and rebuild of old chimney. We never asked for another quote after meeting John as the quotation was reasonable and we were confident he understood the project requirements. The house was a disaster with two layers of old moldy siding and a wood chimney that had raccoons living in it. We felt sorry for the crew who would be saddled with the project. If you are lucky enough to get Juan and his crew for your project, you wonâ t be disappointed. They were absolute professionals. Hardest working contractors I have ever seen. Paid attention to details and cleaned up every day even when I told them it was ok to leave a mess for the next day. The rebuild of the chimney blew our minds. Such a great job. One of the problems siding people have is not knowing what is under the existing siding when they remove it. They brought to our attention areas that needed insulation and communicated with us all through the project. The finished project was beyond our expectations and outstanding. We hear horror stories about contractors often so this experience was a breath of fresh air. We highly recommend Buzz Home Pros for your exterior project. Thanks also to Paul, Henry and Cindy.

Great experience. Would highly recommend Buzz Home Pros. They were ALWAYS available for questions and calls. The work was excellent and the crew was courtesy and they kept the work area clean and safe. I love how home looks and we are so happy with the workmanship and the quality. Thank you!!

Buzz Home Pros is the best contractor I have used in 60 years of home ownership. The fiber-cement siding was excellently installed and the porch railings, custom built on site. All my questions were answered and explained to my satisfaction by the crew. The office staff handled all scheduling, changes and additions promptly and kept me informed of the delivery of material. I would definitely recommend Buzz Home Pros.

John Garelli & his team at Buzz Home Pros did an excellent job on our new roof, gutters and cedar siding. Excellent communication, detailed craftsmanship and even helped with some exterior repairs. This team went above and beyond on our projects!

Received 4 other estimates before John's appointment. My house is two-tone with a white band around the middle (between the 2 colors). John was the only sales person who explained why the bottom portion of the siding was rotting and falling off. He offered to side only the bottom portion of the house (the top portion is fine). John also made the suggestion to edge the house in white. The quality of the siding is excellent and the white edging really makes the house stand out. There was an issue, but John resolved it above & beyond my expectations. I am very happy I went with Buzz for my siding. Buzz also installed gutters. They look great!

Was very happy with John's support - while there are inevitably hurdles in any job, they were minimal and so promptly resolved and addressed it made it an excellent experience. There were some additional (but suspected) issues identified, and the ability for the team to handle these seamlessly was greatly appreciated. John was a great representative and very engaged; Pawal did an excellent job overseeing everything; Henry was an excellent touch-point for any concerns and communication; and the crew was respectful, helpful, and considerate all the way through.

John, Paul, and Henry with Buzz were all great to work with. John handled the sales side, Paul handled the on-site work, and Henry was in the office. All were quite professional with their respective duties. Very easy to deal with. The installers were probably the hardest working individuals I've ever seen. Any issues we had, they dealt with promptly and delivered a great product. Can't go wrong with this outfit.
