On time and in budget. did an excellent job and i would recommend. Cleaned floors and carpets and took care of mold issues at my Schaumburg Office facility. The end results exceeded my expectations, and then had BEKS cleaning do all of my home floors and power wash the exterior. nice job!

I needed my house cleaned after we had moved out. We had all ready swept the floors and the house was empty. As well not a month before the house had a whole house deep clean from another company (they were not available this time). He house needed to be acceptable to our buyers not spotless but I just asked them to do a good job and left a check. I arrived just an hour before the buyers and the house looked untouched. Literally, like he had not done any work at all, but the check was gone. I was suck with it. The buyers toured the house an took several pictures of dirty and unclean areas of the house. I am completely dis satisfied and will never use this guy again. I am shocked that Angie's lets jokers like this in to there lists of validated professionals.

Dave was very personable and knowledgeable in our initial meeting. Received his proposal it was very very light and description of what work he was going to do. I emailed him back with a list of what I wanted placed on the proposal. He emailed back and said he would redo the invoice and send it out to me. I never received that. Did not hear from him. 2 days before the cleaning was to take place I called him and he called me back and confirm that he was still going to be coming. He arrived when it was scheduled without an updated invoice and two other workers. They began cleaning my house so I walked out. I came back about 40 minutes later and he told me everything was done. I asked him is it okay if I walk through the house and check things out. He said you had that would be fine. Half of the things we're not done. The bathroom floors were not cleaned nor were the countertops the doors were not washed down for fingerprints my kitchen faucet was not wiped down. Furniture was not dusted. When these things were brought to Dave's attention he or his workers did follow through with cleaning those items. I paid him the amount that was agreed upon. The rugs came out very nicely. Looking back I feel he charged too much for the little amount of work that they did do. In their defense they did wash very well my stove, oven , windows and rugs.

Awesome JOB! We had a plumbing problem that caused a flood, and BEK was able to come out the same day. The technician was very friendly and professional. He was able to extract the standing water and then used a scrubber to clean the messy carpet. The end result was carpets that looked and smelled like new.
