He was prompt. He was courteous. The price was reasonable. It was a good experience. I have recommended them. He was very informative about the problem. He did the job quickly.

The moving company driver had caused damage to several pieces of our furniture while moving them. Tom was quick to respond to my call and he was prepared with everything he needed when he arrived. He did wonderful work to repair the furniture. The repairs were paid for by insurance.

We could not believe what a fantastic job they did! We thought our dresser (which was damaged when a heavy window cornice fell on it) would have to be replaced or at least have a completely new top put on. But, the finished repair looks like there was never any damage at all! We are exceedingly happy.

When I saw that this company, specializes in moving damage, I remembered that we had some moving damage repaired a number of years ago. The quality was so good that I don't know which chair was repaired. I called to schedule an appointment to have the work done on short notice (less than a week). Barb took my contact information, and said I would receive a call the next day. The next morning Mary Ann called and scheduled the work. She said she would give me an approximate time the day before the appointment. She did call and gave me a 2 hour window. Yesterday morning, the team of 2 people came out right on time. They did a fabulous job! I had gone around the house putting up brightly colored post-its wherever there was a scratch or a nick (in addition to the obviously damaged night stand and window sills). Everything was repaired so beautifully, I feel like I have all new woodwork. The person in charge told me that he has been doing this work for 20 years. I believe it!

Showed up promptly. Able to fix the scratched crib immediately at my house and damage was completely erased when he was finished. A castor was broken and one was promptly mailed to us that fit perfectly.
