Joe Annarella was professional, conscientious, technically skilled, and very informative in all aspects of flooring installation. He initially came out to measure and evaluate the job. He was right on time, gave me a quote, and explained details of the job, as well as pros and cons of various flooring products for kitchens. He picked up my flooring from the supplier and dropped it off at my home a few days before installation (to allow product to acclimate to my home.) On the day of installation, he arrived on time, moved my kitchen appliances, and installed the floor. As a graphic designer, I was very impressed with his attention to visual detail in placing the floor planks. He was very conscientious and technically exacting. He also worked very industriously, and did not waste time. I was also impressed with his knowledge and experience in other areas related to installations ... he is able to disconnect/hook up gas lines, plumbing, electrical, etc. ... which is often required in kitchen and bathroom flooring installations. I plan to use Joe again in the future for other tile or wood flooring projects.

Everything went very well. I was having a lot of work done on my new home and they were very flexibleand willing to work with other people that were trying to paint, or take out walls, etc. Joe, Jeff and Chriscouldn't have been nicer, it was a pleasure to have them here. They did a nice job of laying out the tilebecause it went into so many different rooms, so many layouts had to be taken into consideration.Joe had made the suggestion that they would try to remove the existing tile while leaving the severalinch mud base intact. If it was in good condition, they could work over top of it and that would saveme several thousand dollars. It turned out that it worked and I was very pleased to see that theytried something that could save me so much money. I am thrilled with the floor and will use them again.They were good, honest gentlemen that were a pleasure to work with.

Fantastic! They were wonderful to work with. Joe Annarella came to meet me and look at the room for an estimate. When the floor was installed, he was there with his very knowledgeable, friendly crew. They were very careful in my house and worked hard to make sure nothing dangerous was accessible to my toddler. They did a beautiful job on my tile, making sure that the distribution of different shades was even around the room and matching the grout for me. They worked carefully to make sure my pocket door wouldn't be a problem. They cleaned absolutely everything up, including washing down my front walk to make sure no tile dust remained. Throughout the job they made sure I was happy with the work and we were all on the same page. I was very impressed and will almost certainly use them again!

The tile shop around the corner recommended this person. We have used him several times and he even remodeled our bathroom. They bring out a crew big enough that the job only lasted 2 days. He does beautiful work and we look forward to having him remodel our kitchen.
