the Office and especially the technicians were so helpful in guiding me on what to do to get rid of the skunk problem. Very courteous and once they realized the skunk was probably dead under my deck, they were able to go underneath and remove it. They are the best.

Squirrels gained access to an interior wall in my home and I retained ABC to resolve the issue.

Very informative regarding the process and the handling of the trapped animals

I had 2 large holes in my roof eves. Squirrels! I contacted ABC and they setup a trap to capture. They captured 6 of these very destructive critters. They even put what is called a Indicator cardboard cover {easily eat through} of the one hole. That was smart to Indicate if more squirrels were still in my attic. A few days went by with no signs of squirrels getting out of the attic and no sounds coming from the attic. Very professional and concerned that the customer is happy.

They came out the next day. Colin did a nice job of setting up the trap. Now we will have to wait and see if the squirrel takes the bait.

I previously rated this vendor with fewer stars because of a couple of issues. They noticed and called to make amends. I was impressed with their diligence in following up and therefore raised my star rating accordingly. Trapping animals that are just being their natural selves is bound to be unsettling for somebody like me. ABC Humane Wildlife demonstrated their sensitivity to my feelings, in addition to addressing the problem of squirrels getting through my wood siding and nesting where they shouldn't be.

I would not necessarily hire them again.

UPDATE: They did not find and close up all the holes resulting in MORE SQUIRRELS getting in the ceiling between my first and second floors. Very professional. $75 for a visit to remove a squirrel is expensive, though.

Every person I spoke with was helpful, very informative and extremely pleasant and nice. The follow up was excellent and they did everything promised. I was so happy that I used them and all their services.

After our dog got sprayed by a skunk, we hired ABC to check to see if any skunks were living in our yard. While there was evidence of skunk activity, no nests were found. We decided to set a trap to see if we could catch one, or more. After one week we did not trap a skunk but did get a small raccoon. They were very prompt in all communications and in removing the raccoon and trap. The only downside to this process is rebating the trap after chipmunks ate the bate and closing the trap in the morning so no squirrels got trapped. We had to reset the trap every night. The company will do all this for you for a charge.... Very professional. Iâ d hire them again if needed.

When I called to have racoon and babies removed from attic. I specifically asked if the animals are taken to a safe place and released. I was assured they were. When the two men came to remove babies I was informed by law of Illinois they must kill the animals. In that case I could have had Terminex take care of problem as I had a schedule to pay 79 dollars quarterly and I ended paying over 500 Dollars to this company because they lied to me. I will never use them again and I am seriously considering not using you either.
