All these guys really did was put a trap up on my roof that by the way never caught any raccoons. I could have done that myself. And then I kind of suspected if they did catch one, would they just take it to the forest preserve down the street and Let It Go? Job security? And by the way, each time they come out to put or check the Trap they charge an exorbitant price

Sometimes the true measure of a company is not how well they do the job, but how well they respond when things are not right. Some minor issues developed and Vito was on the phone with me, explaining, commiserating, but more importantly taking care of it to my satisfaction. What could have easily been a less than good experience was remedied with some personal attention that was much appreciated. I will do business with them again.

Gets to be expensive at $75 per squirrel.

We have been using the ABC team for many years. The service has always been excellent. Our experience is that they have always been to our appointments on time with great customer service. The prices are more than fair. We have used them at our business which is an Automotive Campus on over 24 acres with four large retail buildings and our homes. They can handle any job we have given them. We Highly recommend them.

The put a trap on our roof on 4/27/2015 to catch a raccoon and we finally had them remove it on 5/13/2015 and they never caught anything. In that time they did not cover the holes in our roof so we have a considerable amount of water damage as well as damage from the raccoons we paid them to catch and they did not. Their add says satisfaction guaranteed. I THINK NOT. Although the techs were very nice we feel they were not very knowledgeable.

they where knowledgeable quick and very through in the work the only thing is they didn't take the trap once the animal where caught which understandable but they should have a set day when to return trap all in all they did a good job

Work done well

They came out the same day removed the gutted raccoon out of my yard. I thought they were a bit pricy.

They caught the raccoon -- but not until we called them out to place the trap on our upper roof. We had asked for that in the first place but they ignored our request and want us to pay another $75 for the call.

Pleasant Service, Did a great job of finding the animal, disposing of it and then correcting the problem

All work done well, at a reasonable cost. Skunks never had a chance.
